The location of the hotel is not ideal as it is 20 minutes by taxi to the Burj khalifa/dubai mall and other central highlights of the city. Fortunately the costs for a transportation are relatively cheap in Dubai. The rooms are small and basic but have everything you need. There were a few downsides on our specific room as the shower curtain wasn't there at all, the shower head was falling from the wall constantly which made it a pain on the head to shower. Then there are two major annoying things about the hotel. First there are 2 nightclubs at the ground floor of the hotel which isn't a bad thing, but it gets frustating when the music doenst stop until 3 o'clock in the morning and your bed is shaking because of the bass. When you just want to sleep you have 1,5 hours after the closing of the pub and the mosque next door starts playing their jingle bells very loud.

Rooms are OK. But they run the night clubs whole night on ground floor and roof top, due to that it's very noisy. The breakfast was average. The management wouldn't help much if you complaint about noise, I think their primary revenue point is these clubs and bars. It mustn't be recommended for family stay.

Nice and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Was accessible to places of interest for me. Food was restrictive. The noise from the inhouse clubs was a problem for me though. Noise till early hours of the morning. A comfortable stay anyway.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL !! There are about five nightclubs WITHIN the hotel itself. They feature non-stop noise until 3 am and then the revelers dump out into the lobby screaming, etc. Had our room changed but worse! Over three nights, we probably got a total of 2 to 3 hours of sleep each night. Morning of last night saw prostitutes? being hustled off the elevator. This is a BAR/NIGHTCLUB with a hotel NOT a hotel with a bar. I give this one star only to insure the review is published

it's a great pleasure to be a part of this organization as I have been here for few count of time it's been a long time passed away as I have enjoy time.with work with happy moments rather then work,work place it's a family with its members as more I know about this family .. with regards everyone are welcome for visit or any business purpose stay at uae,dubai,deira at our HOTEL with high guest hospitality,management and so on. be here if anyone is planning and plan for dubai tour soon

It's kind of a party hotel: noisy until late as it has got 3 pubs.
Food is good 4/5 (Can have more varieties)
Staff is well mannered 4/5
Common bathrooms are clean 4/5
rooms are small 3/5 dosent feel a 4 star

good for younger generation and not for families. only 2 star facilities definitely not 4 star .lot of night clubs and bar inside the hotel. buffet breakfast okay .staff very helpful and courteous. Rooms small and bathroom tiny.bed linen and towels neat and clean . location good.

Didn't stay in the hotel however the African beats club at the lower level was awesome. Also has a roof top bar and lounge to chill out after the club shuts down

Charged over 90 Derham tax .fridge not working. Awful shower. No hot water in shower no cold water in sink. No even toilet rolls. Awful mattress. Phone keeps ringing randomly. All night banging noise from clubs. So expensive drinks. Never again.

Probably the worsst hotel I ever stayed.
Unclean first room on first floor. Unbearable extreme noise from the in house club. Like the DJ was in my bathroom. Complained, new room next day, on top floor. Still almost unbearable noise. Was only able to sleep with earplugs.
Very unfriendly staff.
Not enough seating at the breakfast room! Can you believe that?? You have to queu up to eat breakfast! Inaccaptable.
Nice pool.

Great place to be if you are single or with your partner; many clubs and hangout spot within the hotel. Nice gym and pool. Easy access to city center and ok customer service. Internet is not very stable but they help resolve when u complain. If I visit Dubai again, I won't mind staying hereI recommend this hotel!

The rooms were great and clean, the bathroom was very nice and very clean. They had a very great customer service the receptionists were very friendly and very helpful. In all, my husband and I had a very great experience at the hotel.
