Lousy hotel. Super small rooms designed for children not adults. Difficult to park in front and poor facilities. Only advantage is proximity to Mall of Emirates.

The staffs are very nice, from public relation, reception, F&B, house keeper. Room is also very good, with dining table inside room + compliment fruit basket. I also love their breakfast menu Located next to Mall of Emirates👍🏻

Very nice place to stay. It is near the Mall of the Empirates (walking distance). Room was very nice, bed was comfortable, and room was quiet. Would stay here again

Good Price good Room. Breakfast is fine. Ifyou need excursion/tour. Book in hotel. Same Price than online but more safe. And a driver pickup you directly at hôtel. The metro is 7 minutes by feet.

The place is excellent and I always stay at ibis hotel nights and. Very good service and beautiful receptionist very good to relax but for me the television is only Arabic so I hope you can add more channels so we can enjoy more. But the rest no complaints it's all good.

With this place I can rest my head when I had a long day with all the meetings and when you come back to the hotel all this very nice people who work there will greet you with a very beautiful smiley. And it was really nice to feel welcome even if I see them everyday.
That’s why I recommend the place with good price and good service. With the management the General manager might be very good at handling all the departments and each staff. Well done!response / report this review -

Excellent very nice close to mall of emirates.. , metro station is also very close, taxi access available to go around and RTA buses also available from mall of emirates. Novotel have a nice ambiance and an excellent restaurant.. its clean and well maintained..

Good hotel but not life. Its good to stay. Good people. Nice relaxation here too. And the place is very near to the mall of Emirates. And to the metro station as well. Nice place to walk around people and staff are friendly.

All staff offered courteous and friendly service. Rooms were spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of good quality food. Lovely pool area. Conveniently located close to the Mall.

Very convenient location 3 min walk to MOE and extremely accommodating staff, it's 3 stars but did feel more premium. The hotel was very clean and had a spacious big lobby area and very welcoming staff. The hotel included all the facilities any other hotel would have including a roof top cozy swimming pool, gym and massage room. I had the best massage there from a lovely lady by the name of tee I believe. The room was very spacious with a couch area and bed was very very comfortable and queen sized. A small thing I think should be updated are the steel soap holders that were rusting off in the bathroom. All in all I would recommend this hotel as a very affordable yet comfortable and clean place to stay at even a good location.

Despite my family arriving early in the morning, friendly reception staff assured us that they will have our room ready in no time. Room was clean and specious. Only thing that I would improve was the fold out sofa bed that my daughters had to sleep on. Rather squeeky and not very comfortable. Could do with updating. Apart from that, 10/10. Thank you for lovely stay

The Novotel Suites Dubai was a good place to base ourselves for our visit.
The room was clean and a good size. The bathroom was equipped with a bath tub and separate shower. The hotel is close to a large mall and transport. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The restaurant was great for breakfast and other meals.response / report this review -

We only stayed 2 nights but loved every minute. Thanks for being able to make the room really dark we love sleeping in absolute darkness. Food was fabulously presented and prepared. Loved having Hummus for breakfast. All was perfect and near the Ski Dubai resort too. THe hop on hop off bus was a great way to get around on the hot days. Thank you Ruth and Don Chisholm.

Area knowledge of the staff was top notch. i had to commute to Abu Dhabi with my 12 yr old brother and their instructions were spot on. All my questions were answered quickly and clearly. I wanted to thank them all before i left. Food was great, worth every penny. the rooms were clean and exactly what i was looking for. the Housekeeping was topnotch.

The room was very comfortable and spacious enough for the three of us to fit in easily. Good helpful service when required.
We visited the bar and were disappointed to find that smoking is still allowed inside the facility.
The hotel is in close proximity to the Mall of the Emirates and so was convenient to get to the Mall and the associated Metro station.response / report this review -

The hotel overall is wonderful due to the following positive reasons:
1-kind and cooperative staff.many thanks to the supervisor on duty approved to do late checkout till 6:00 pm for free.
2-clean and big rooms.
3-calm and comfortable

Room very comfortable, extremely clean and had all we needed for our stay. Dubia is an amazing place wish we had stayed longer hope we can next time. Pool was just the right temp and service around the pool was very good.

I liked the friendly and cooperative staff. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean. The internet was a bit slow.
Didn't have a chance to try the gym, swimmingly pool.

Generally a nice hotel - in close vicinity to Mall of the Emirates and the Metro station. House keeping does not do a very good job - doesn't leave fresh towels doesn't clean the trash or vacuum the room. Needs to be asked to do it. Other than that a decent place to stay with the family.

The staff is friendly, breakfast is good enough, it has free shuttle to the beach. The hotel is within walking distance of Mall of Emirates which has many brands inside. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
