Really nice business hotel. I was here for a course which spanned over three weeks so spent time sampling there restaurant food. The Italian restaurant serves really delicious pastas and pizzas and I highly recommend their tiramisu.

This is supposed to be a 5-star hotel but it is clearly rather a 3-star hotel.

Facilities are quite outdated.

Swimming pool opens quite late (9 am even during weekdays) and even worst once I was there at close to 10 am and swimming pool was closed because they were putting some chemical products

The 5 rating goes all to a staff member Ms. Charmine! If anyone from the management is reading this then rest assured that ur business is in good hands as long as u have a great employee like her! Very polite, helpful, supportive, if she says she will follow up she really does and won’t leave the task until it’s done and the end party is happy and satisfied. I wish people take their jobs as serious as Charmine.

I stayed for one night recently and it was a good experience. Room was clean and big and very polite staff. Check out was at 12 but we manage to get a late check out for 2pm. Location is not the best but it's close to mall of emirates. Breakfast was OK but it serves until 10 but the problem is that even if you got there before that time you will on be a served until 10 o clock! Other than that it was a nice hotel.

Attended a few events there. The food has always been excellent, the service is great, staff is extremely friendly and professional. Would highly recommend to use their conference rooms. The hotel in general looks like it's well maintained. Almost everyone here just wants to help with a smile. Great hotel. Well done.

Great value for money. Rooms are spacious, clean and functional. Pool is a little small and can get quite busy. Location is good for exploring the marina and JBR. Pergo’s is a great in-house Italian restaurant. Only real negative is the windows would really benefit being cleaned, they are filthy and spoil the view out to town.

Its a very good place, convinient location but a good 15minutes walk to the metro station. One thing truely amazing about the place is its food. The breakfast and lunch is amazing. The variety and quality of the food is simply exceptional. If you are a foodie this is the place, with comfortable rooms, nice environment its a good hotel to stay overall.

Nice hotel, good value for money. Cleanliness and service are very high quality. Friendly staff. A bit high prices for food and beverage at the hotel. A representative of the hotel got us a private taxi that cost 3 times the normal rate, when we just asked for a taxi as usual. Comfortable atmosphere and a good location for getting around. Recommended.

5 days ago I was visiting my hotel diabetes.
Room 316
The hotel breakfast was very perfect.
The hotel was very clean and perfect for swimming pool, however, see the site represents the shadows, but the sun is absolutely pool.
Hall facilities were good, but I wish someone would help passengers on arrival and showed all parts of the hotel.
Room service was excellent.
Go to service existing stores, but the main place.

This hotel was absolutely perfect I stayed there for 4 months. The staff were all very good .I can honestly say I could not find a fault with this place. The room cleaning was perfect every little detail was looked after just so well. The reception staff made me feel so nice every day. We became like family .The bar was also great Breakfast was just top class and the waitresses were super brining me my tea every morning without even having to ask.i shall return again without any doubt .

The experience for my stay in the hotel from 6 days is consider bad. The hotel is rated 5 star but the administration service and room is consider very very bad.

For the 1st day of the check in we encounter a flood toilet. After notifying the hotel staff they only clear the bathroom drain and the flood of the toilet is wet for that hold night.

Then for the following days of the stay the toilet room is smell terrible.

The other bad experience is during the check out process. We have asked twice from the reception on the outstanding fees and twice the counter staff clear us off and send us the resit of the stay is in zero balance.

The trauma did not end there, we are ask to pay on the hotel fees outstanding when we are already back in our home country. The staff is very bad and our balance is settle via direct debit to our credit card.

overall.. the Hotel is bad consider the price and rating.

Visited the Dubai 1st time and decided to stay at Media Rotana by reading other reviews. Rooms were kind a small and had no balcony, couple things were not working in the bathroom, staff was very friendly and professional. Everything is near to this place, you can take taxi which is always at the front door of the hotel or metro which 5 mins away. I only wish they would have provided the free breakfast buffet. Everything else was pretty decent.
