Great Service by Kiran and his team, cannot fault any step of the process. Good communication when car required servicing also, and when there was a minor fault, it was rectified professionally and quickly, no questions asked. You will have no issues dealing with the team at Mazda on SZR.

Great Service! Mr. Mujeeb Ahmed (Sales Executive) helped us through finding the perfect car for me and was very cooperative, understanding, and patient throughout the process given some personal circumstances. He explained the features of the cars extremely well, made just and honest comparisons, and made me love the car instantly that I knew it was the one for me. I encountered such great service and respectful interactions from him and the faculty in my few visits to the showroom, definitely recommend and would like to give notice towards Mujeeb's hard work and patience. Amazing customer service and delivery. I got my Mazda 3 in no hassle and Mr. Mujeeb was extremely friendly and hospitable. Always answering my questions and was really patient with all my requests. I highly recommend dropping by and experience their new models.

Mazda is a rising brand which gets better and better each year. Mazda trumps other brands in terms of offering better interior quality, style and driving dynamics. Reliability of Mazda is above average according to Consumer Reports and they need to able to market this.

Faced no issues at all during my many years of dealing with Mazda SZR centre. Most services are completed on the same day or on the next day at most. Rent a car is available on site. Zoom zoom.

Very poor customer service, I walked in after iftar, and there was only one lady sale person. She saw me and didn't even bother to greet. So i thought she must be a customer looking for cars. So i decided to check the cars myself. And this lady just kept staring at me, so I asked her if she worked there? Can you believe this she actually got offended cos I asked if she worked there, and she was rude all the time, and she kept saying I asked her if she worked there! How rediculous!! I understand it's not possible to get a customer service that we get in Porsche or Bentley! But some basic customer service please!! I'm sure Mazda is not the worst car in the world.

I don't want to mention any names here, but please if you really want to sell cars learn some customer service first!!
