Great service and rooms. The resteraunt is awesome.Nice play area for kids and rooftop pool. 🏊🏻‍♀️🎢 👍🏼 The go to hotel for extended stays. 🏨

They originally screwed up our reservation and gave us the wrong room we reserved a room with two bedrooms one with a king bed in another with two double beds and the balcony facing the skyline AND the creek.. we would have let one or two things slide but there was just too much that I forced my mother to switch rooms the next day after I realize that there were absolutely rooms available on the other side of the building since I saw housekeeping for myself cleaning up a room that was clearly empty so they finally gave us the room that we were supposed to originally receive which was on the right side of the building facing the Greek with a beautiful view up on the 12th floor full amenities the room was very spacious and had its own bedroom dining room kitchen 3 bathrooms 2 bedrooms Unfortunately they had to give us a rollaway bed because again they didn't give us the right size beds for the second bedroom instead of two double beds they were two twin beds other than that it was much better to have a balcony instead of having to go downstairs to smoke every hour not to mention just having a balconies much nicer especially with the view of the Waterfront

Chandon at reception was very welcoming and efficient. He is very knowledgeable of the hotel and surrounding area. The porter Tonny was most helpful with my luggage and even walked with me or of the building and pointed me in the right direction to the nearest grocery store. I only met my room cleaner on the final day as I was leaving. He was on the other end of the hallway and came to me to ask if the room was cleaned to my liking. I told him that he did an excellent job and thanked him very much. I was grateful for the fully stocked kitchen. Many apartments claim to have this but fall short. On the morning of my checkout I was able to leave my luggage safely in storage. When I came back that evening I was given use of the facilities at the pool to take a shower and freshen up before my late night flight. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do so as well.

I love the homely feel and atmosphere of the hotel. It has everything you need and a well stocked kitchen. My only issue is with the breakfast which is costly with poor taste

Place is big and clean. I don't like the smell. Location not ideal from metro point of view. Otherwise well located. Supermarket right in front. Good breakfast. Nice variety of TV channels.

Very clean and the people are very friendly. But staying here for 28days and struggled to get towels and water daily.Was told they are having a towel shortage. You might want to bring your own.The bed is extremely worn out with divites on both sides with the center being nice and firm. So you inevitably roll into the divets.

I had stayed for around 60 days during my last three visits (July-Oct). One bed apartment is good enough with equipped kitchen. Two TV/Screens are available one in room and one in lounge /kitchen area. The problem is that the content /channel available on these TV are very restrictive and only one media channel (ARY) of Pakistan and the same only one for india. Pathetic sports channel. You would not find any good channels like Ten-sports, Sky sports etc I complained alot but no postive response. Views from the rooms are not good one except corner or few creek one which are normally booked on leased to companies.

I had a quick overnight stay. They were definitely welcoming and the room was quite comfortable. It was nice cooking a small breakfast before my flight and a little laundry in the room. Only issue I had was that my key kept deactivating and I had to have 3 made. I'd stay again, especially for New year's to see the fireworks from New Dubai!

Great place to stay. Froendly staff. The one bedroom apartments are comfortable and nice. However the location of this hotel is close to the airport but quite far from the city.

Friendly staff and pleasant staff. Stayed there for a week had a little drain problem in the shower. Had to ask for face rags (wash cloths) almost everyday as housekeeping would take the used ones and not replace them. Awesome views. Make sure to pay for your stay in DHS it works out better.

Marriott a very known brand in hospitality. However, this place need to be refurbishment. We got a free upgrade with view on the creek which is wonderful. Service as expected and very good. The apartment is large and as expected. However, the furniture is very old and need to be change. It's not anymore for 5 star apartment.

Very nice lobby café, recently updated lobby. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, particularly the kitchens in th ey hotel Apartments. Management is friendly and responsive. They have a nice rooftop pool, and a sky bridge with views of Dubai Creek. Surrounding neighborhood is older, pedestrian friendly, but arguably less interesting part of Dubai.

Very friendly and helpful staff, extremely helpful and kind. Rooms were ok but not properly cleaned when we came in. Very good eating place in the lobby. Very friendly staff too.
