Good rooms. Hotel does not have a lot of facilities like sauna steam etc. Breakfast is also not very big but offers good verity on some days. Overall is a good hotel to stay.

Lot of issues with the hotel property The tap design is faulty and if it is damaged, no investigation being done on design and will charge you fine upto 500aed.. Take care if you are staying in the property, and using bathrooms. Non-hospitable staff. Only thing is breakfast was good but that too they wind up exactly at 10.

We had a wonderful time here for a week. The rooms were really clean, we were looked after whenever we wanted. The breakfast was very rich and various. The check-in process could have gone a little bit faster but other than that everyne was nice and friendly, it was a good experience.

All staffs are helpful and accomodating. The room was nice and the service is good. Only the food has small issues but overall is ok.

You book a room for two but can hardly give you an extra key. When the other person goes out and takes the key with her hoping not to disturb you coz you were sleeping then what??? No light, no tv, no sockets working! There, if you are claustrophobic, before you start dying inside the room, make a fuss with the reception to open the power supply! Do I need to pay for an extra card?????

Rooms were comfortable, only the parking lot was too congested, making it a bit difficult for guests coming with private vehicles.
