Reception and Staff: professional and intimate (95/100)
Rooms and Bathroom Service: Clean and tidy, But bathroom could be much cleaner (75/100)
Breakfast: very pleasant in variety and taste (100/100)
Quiet and Cozy: Satisfactory (75/100)
Services: Very satisfactory. (95/100)
Balcony and View: our room didn't have any balcony. The view of Some rooms not bad, Some rooms bad (40/100)

Very good hotel with interesting venue. Bit far from metro. 15 min away from Deira City Centre. Nearby not many good restaurants, but you can have nice coffee in the hotel itself.

Stayed at Coral Hotel Deira over the previous weekend. Check-in was quick, that's good. Room was ok. Bed was slightly uncomfortable. It would have been better if rooms were better in terms of sound proofing. Being a single Traveller, I could hear the loud jokes from the ones across the hall! Other than that, all good. Free valet parking is also available. Location is excellent.

We last stayed at this hotel a year ago and although we had a good general experience this time we feel standards have declined. All staff are still friendly especially the reception staff but we felt other staff were unhappy. Breakfast service and food quality had certainly declined, the egg selection were certainly cooked in old oil!
Our bedroom was satisfactory although every day something seemed to be missed - towels, toilet roll, promised slippers and bathrobes.
We are staying here again in a few weeks time and hopefully we'll be able to rate the hotel five stars again.response / report this review -

Rooms were clean and well kept. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to assist with any need we had. Money exchange was available at the check-in desk at a reasonable exchange rate. Breakfast in the morning had a lot of variety with a great cappuccino/coffee machine. The hotel is in a great location just a block and a half from the train. Make sure to check out the roof top view and pool!

We had a stopover in Dubai and booked the Coral Reef Deira Hotel. We paid 50 euros for one night, including breakfast. The hotel probably was empty and the hotel manager gave us superior appartment suite fot the same price. We had two rooms and two bathrooms in each appartment.
Breakfast was rich, with good assortment of European and Asian food.

You can find much better places for their price. Windows were not clean , anyway it was opening to view of another apartment. Rooms are old and have a congested feel, the water heater didn't have a proper place as the TV was taking up the switch board. Lights were broken, one of the phones were dead .. AC control do not work, reception was very hostile, breakfast was rated high but I don't find anything special it was boring . I stayed for 4 days here and couple of days in another hotel cheaper to this (Citi seasons) and that was way better than this .

Its a beautiful hotel, and there are lots of things around like Food, Grocery, Public Transport. Also you can find really very cheap and quality food and shopping around. I recommend this place.

Hi. I was in this hotel for 5 days. It was an awesome stay in this hotel. All the people of this hotel are polite and helpful including staff, reception etc. There is a person called HAKIL(I might be wrong in the spelling), he is very helpful in everything. He helped us a lot in everything. Overall very good experience.
In front of this hotel, you can also get the supermarket, gifts for less, toys for less(for kids), brand for less( for shopping) and there is restaurant near Al Rigga metro station(800 meter walking from coral hotel) which has a good Indian food. We had our lunch there almost everyday.

An excellent medium sized hotel, spotlessly clean and with very attentive staff who offer an exceptionally high level of customer care. Breakfast is buffet style with a wide variety of choice. The hotel has a roof -top swimming pool and jacuzzi that is extremely well cared for by staff.

Location wise Hotel was in commercial hub, shops and restaurants are near by, staffs very friendly with guest, Rooms are awesome with all amenities, only thing Food costly compare to quality Need to improve, Puranamal Indian Restaurant next to the hotel awesome Indian food ,

A perfect hotel in its class. Beautiful internal design, clean and hygiene. Popular location. It is 500 m from Al Rigga Metro station.
