Warning!!!! Do not book your stay at this hotel!!! They have the absolute most rudest and unprofessional receptionist I have ever encountered in all my travels. I waited in hotel lobby almost 3hrs after booking online, for the receptionist to rudely tell me room was not available and to wait until room comes available. Instead of offering an accommodation until room became available they brushed me away and attended to others when I was clearly speaking with them about my issue. I clearly saw them checking others in to available rooms. As a hotel I feel it’s first come first serve, and if you don’t have availability after someone makes a reservation you accommodate them. That’s how you run a respectable business. If you treat all your guest like you have treated me you would shut down. In the near future I hope you learn how to treat your guest. Especially those coming off a 15hr flight.

I have a low regard for the unprofessionalism and arrogance by most of the staff members at this hotel. I had to beg for my receipt of payment which in the end i didnt get. The breakfast was bad and has no fruits like most hotels and the host lady was rude. But hats off to Muhammed and Queenie who atleast remembered good customer service and housekeeping staff who were very helpful and kind. This is not a hotel i would recommend, there was false advertising about having a swimming pool, gym and spa but there is none, which was very disappointing and demoralising .11 nights in a horrible place

Its a functional hotel, don't expect a Shangri-la. The rooms are comfy, a bit dated. The comfort room is spacious (at least the one I was in). The lobby can get intimidating at night specially on weekends since there are several clubs on the ground floor and mezzanine. But its economical and not hard on the pocket.

The rooms are clean and spacious. We were given room at 7th floor. We arrived late night. At that time there was loud music going on in house club. We saw many reviews saying that it becomes too noisy at night because of the music in the club. Luckily we got the highest floor. We didn't feel much of it. But it could be bad for rooms on lower floors. Otherwise the rooms were good. The Al rigga metro station and bus stop is near by. Gold souk and Abra boat stops are also not far away. Can go there by bus no. 27 or cab. No cash facility in bus. Only tickets can be bought in metro stations. Using abra boats one can go to Dubai musuem and Old Souk.

    DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

    - floor in the room is so dirty
    - there is a nightclub in this hotel playing loud music till 3 am in the morning
    - there is noise everywhere in this hotel: very hard to sleep
    - shower is dirty and broken
    - service is FLOP: never saw such an unfriendly staff at the reception (besides the room service:they´re very kind + doing their best)

Please don't mess up your stay in Dubai with this "Hotel"!

my advice to the owners: Just close this place

It was frustrating experience right in the beginning, check-in took a good 90 minutes. This is not we expect after a 15 hour long flight. The front desk staff does not seem to understand the needs of the customers nor they seem to understand what they are doing. The rooms were below average. My overall experience 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

This is worth for the value. Clean rooms and kind service. Good supermarkets and restaurants can be find near the hotel. There is a disco for almost every night so it is recommended for young people. Metro station also can be found near the hotel.
