Broken toilet door lock. Sub standard room and horrible reception staff ! Not at all courteous.

Good housekeeping staff and good pool. Beware of horrible untrained reception staff !

Drinks allowed near swimming pool. Free water bottles. Good wifi.

Not so room view. Go for 3 star hotel in better location. This one is very far from city.

Good hotel but be prepared to walk a little to the metro. Don't ask for extra tea or coffee in your room, you may get offended by the staff. It's clean and quiet but loads off walking to be done to get to anywhere. Better off staying on the main road nearer the metro station

Thia is a great location hotel apartment, great price and amazing breakfast. I have stayed in this hotel apartment twicw with family, all shops and services are footsteps distance, with 24 hours AlMaya hypermarket next door. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Access to the pool and gym in addition to room service.
Hotel need some upgrade on tensile and cooking ware. The need to provide Soap, laundry soap, towels as per number of rooms.

From a Local manager who was very respectful to Tanish to the very great bell door service at G-level and the security was very helpful and i put my hat down to such professional staff all over. The breakfast included all types of food even arabic Foul and bread. The ready made omelette with veggies was great. i loved it and will go back again !!! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Comfortable stay with 4 star facilities within the centre of the city. ,walking distance from the Al Rigga metro station.Buffet Breakfast Menu consists of Indian breakfast delicacies , with continental and Arabic food. All in all its quite a great deal.

Mediocre hotel. Not conveniently located. Had to take cabs everywhere to go to dinner. Breakfast not good for Americans. Eggs consisted of fried eggs sunny side up sitting in a frying pan at the buffet. Juices and fruit were good and so was coffee. Hotel room and bathroom was very clean. Reserved twin bedded room and we’re advised upon check in that only twins available were smoking rooms.

Amazingly beautiful hotel with excellent hospitality.. Staff is very cordial and helpful.. Taste of food is good as well.. Would definitely stay in this hotel again on my next visit.. Thumbs-up to their team 👍

The apartment is roomy and at the same time cosy. The staff are very helpful. I would have preferred a firmer matters though. All in all, my family and I enjoyed our stay and I'll definitely come back and also recommend the hotel.

Good placecozy room as i was expecting a bigger one to be honest.. check in process was smooth. staff seems good and helping.. no proper working desk inside the room is a bit disappointing.

It was a great experience !! The staff at Hyatt Alrigga made sure that the stay was smooth and also did extend all the help one could give. I was traveling with an infant so my foresight was life would be tough in Dubai but the staff here made me think otherwise. They ensured all my kids needs are taken care off and I must be ever grateful to the house keeping staff especially Sushma and the chef who made my life easier by helping me with the type of food my kid wanted. Hats off to the whole team and I will be back.

Good Food, Great Stay and an Excellent Staff sums it all.

Rooms are nice, location close to airport & old town but far away from beaches. Staff friendly & supportive. Breakfast rather basic for such a hotel. Breanfast room way too small, coffee supply a challenge

Extremely delighted with my hotel choice. Location is a splendid plus and very conveniently placed to suit any tourist. Supermarkets and shops are minutes walk away. Definitely going back on my next visit to Dubai. Exceptional hotel and staff

Breakfast was very impressive - worth $20 at least, of the $80 spent on my room with a king bed. Seemed like an unbeatable value for the hotel stay overall.

The room had cool furniture and was spacious with a large shower too. TV channel options weren't abundant for an English speaker.

Only a 5 min walk from the Al Rigga metro station which can be accessed from both sides of Al Rigga Road.

I think it'd be a good idea to standardize the name of this hotel across the internet. Some places it's Hyatt Place Dubai / Al Rigga, other places it's Hyatt Place Dubai Deira.

Stayed here last week for 2 nights.
Excellent hotel for families. Located in very location in Al rigga road(Deira).
All staff members are very polite, professional and friendly.
Breakfast buffet is excellent with a lot of varieties. Rigga metro station is 400 meters away only.

A very well connected hotel to the city and for those who are traveling to explore the city. Metro is just walking distance, hotel is in middle of the city so you can walk around for shopping. Free breakfast 🍜. And most important, great people who are very helpful and ready to extend their limits to make your stay full of comfort and happiness.

This hotel was one of the best I've stayed. Rooms were clean and nicely designed. Breakfast was great and there was a good variety. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. We stayed five nights and we loved it. very convenient location. close to metro and Deira shopping mall. Nice area. loved our stay at this place. will go back.

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. We booked an apartment. Very spacious rooms. Location is very good. All staff are very friendly and always happy to help. We initially booked only 4 nights in this hotel and last 3 nights in a different hyatt place hotel property but after an amazing experience here we decided to stay here for the remaining 3 nights. So we requested to one of the managers Anant. He managed to allocate a room for us bearing in mind it was Easter period and hotel was very busy. I will definitely stay here again and strongly recommend to anyone going Dubai. Thanks to everyone in Hyatt place especially Anant.

Good location: short drive from airport and within walking distance to the meteo station. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was OK but very busy and noisy on a weekend. Fitness room with good equipment. Pool just nice for cooling down, not really for swimming

Nice hotel in the old part of Dubai. Lovely oudoor pool, full breakfast buffet included with room rate. Restaurant on site, but no alcohol served here due to proximity to a mosque. Great staff, concierge and commentary bottled water in room. Only complaints atrium they need to wash the windows and gave bathrobes in the rooms.
