Particularly enjoyed the bartenders by the pool. Very friendly and make amazing drinks. The buffet lunch is awesome and the staff in general is quite nice.

Brilliant hotel with incredible staff. Can't praise them highly enough for the fantastic atmosphere they create around the resort. The all inclusive is fantastic too, the food is great and the drink options is vast with amazing cocktails

The hotel has nice gardens and a well-maintained beach, there are also several pools. There is lots of animals in the resort, which is nice too.
The rooms are large but a bit dated compared to other 5* hotels. We got a room for disabled people, which is nice that they have it but the bathroom felt like a hospital.
The buffet is good but not top-class food and lacks a nice athmosphere, while the white orchid thai food was delicious.
The hotel has lots of sunchairs, which is helpful with all the German towels here. However there is a couple of things that are bad in this hotel.
1) It has lots of rooms therefore totally crowded and noisy all the time, which feels unusal touristic for a 5* hotel. Definitly no feeling of exclusitivity here
2) There is boats making noise at the beach and the view on new palm tree construction work is neither great.
I would rate it 3.5 given the high price. Would I come back here? Probably not, I have seen so many better luxury hotels but I am not sure how many better beach hotels exist in Dubai that are not surrounded by lots of construction work until 2020 at least.
But one positive feedback to close: the hotel was very generous with late check-out, which would almost deserve the extra star. Thanks again!response / report this review -

Absolutely perfect hotel for a holiday with children.
All Inclusive option which was ideal, so you aren't worried about the kids having juices, ice lollies etc.
This resort has a toddler pool, main pool with swim up bar, as well as use of the pools at Jebel Ali Beach Resort next door. One of those pools (infinity pool, swim up bar, heated) is only 5 metres from the Palm Tree Court pools, so very convenient.
As with JA Beach Resort, you are close to Dubai Parks, and Abu Dhabi which means you can fly Etihad to Abu Dhabi if that suits your plans.response / report this review -

Nice resort with many restaurants, golf course , tennis , squash and badminton. Nice place for staycation. 5* Palm Tree Court worth visiting. 4* Jebel Ali Beach Hotel not very new, but convenient and with good views.

the hotel beach is very dirty and you cannot swim in it,the service on the pool is horrible there is one barman serving 50 to 60 guest you will melt before you get your order and if you complain they just ignore you ,my advice spend your money somewhere else ..

A beautiful hotel on a beautiful beach. Staff were absolutely amazing. Food and drinks were brilliant and it the whole place was soooooo clean. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Great architecture! 30-40 mins drive away from the city. Best for people who want to stay away from the city hustle bustle and just enjoy the beach and sun.

Loved my experience at the hotel the weather was fantastic at one point close to 50 degrees
The food was amazing would recommend shooters which was a resteraunt on the near by shooting club, did clay pigeon shooting as well which was fun.response / report this review
