Rooms are not clean, a lot of fingerprints evewhere. Towels are old and not well washed, old curtains and very dirty! Wi-Fi is not working well.

great place , 5 star staff , good breakfast , good spa , great room service
this hotel is great and the reception boys are very helpful and respectful the room service is great but there is a huge problem near by , the mosque mics is too loud and disturbful , recebtion boys are very helpful and room service is the best . reception and adminstator team are respensive and lovely , room service are fast and have alot of responsible matters .response / report this review -

Check in and out was long. Apartment is old. No English-language speaking channels on their stations. kitchen set up is lame

Our experience in Lotus Hotel is very good. All staff was very nice and cooperative. Nice Location and good view. Specially the walk way of Marina. The only facility which i didn't like is your swimming pool due to its size and shape.

Well I dont have enough words to mention about lotus hotel . It was really so good. It's was mine first time to stay in lotus. The staff so nice friendly & helpful , room wrr so clean and awesome . If next I have any I'll love to choose lotus hotel.

The apartments are situated at the end of the Dubai marina with easy access around the area.
Unfortunately it is also located next door to a Mosque.
OK, if you are of that faith and welcome the frequent calls to prayer around 4 am but not so good when you need a quiet and peaceful nights sleep before business meetings and the like.
Whilst the reception and foyer are spacious and inviting, the apartment I was given (upgraded to as well!) gave the impression of the developers attempting to utilise the odd shape and angles of the building to maximum benefit. It consisted of a long narrow kitchen diner. With a good sized bedroom.
Unfortunately, the tiny wardrobe space was squeezed into one corner directly opposite a narrow,right angle access to the bathroom.
The bathroom itself was fitted with style rather than substance or practicality in mind. The shower was poor and despite my best efforts leaked water all over the floor every time it was used. The towels were from the cheapest market stall.
The breakfast area was small and clean but suffered from an obvious determination to offer the cheapest and most basic self service standards and food.response / report this review -

Peaceful, quiet & comfortable. Very courteous, helpful & friendly staff. Walking distance to JBR beach and Dubai marina mall. Adjacent to Choithrams, a store open 24hrs and some nice restaurants too. A nice place to stay. The housekeeping staff could be better supervised thoughkudos to Aljahrul & Bikram.

Breakfast was terrible, all meet stinky. Service people - did tgeir job well, while fixing issues. But the last day we asked the taxi to the airport to be charged to our card used for booking them. They said - yes, yes! But in the taxy we found out taxi driver had no idea. Not nice.

Location is good. 15-20 min to walk to metro and beach. Very close to supermarket. Everything is good apart from bathroom. It has dark walls and it really need refreshment. The bathroom looks really used. Linen also looks really used. The rest is fine. Service is ok.

I booked a two bedroom apartment. The room we stayed in did not look at all like the pictures. The sofa bed was rickety. It was only lucky that my children were sleeping on it. The one bedroom had no Windows. The room only contained two towels for six people. We phoned reception for more and only received them after My husband complained again. At the pool we were told children do not revive towels. The food we ordered for room service was good though. Breakfast was adequate but had limited choices. I feel that the rate I paid for a two bedroom apartment was definitely not worth what we got. The room looked out on the street and had no view. The bath plug didnt work and the room also had two spoons for the entire family. I made this booking three months ago but I feel that I got the worst room in the hotel. I am very unhappy with this hotel.

Overall the hotel was very good. Very quiet and pleasant views. Team at reception was friendly and helpful. However, Room needs to be clean and bathroom towels were not very good. Some of the power sockets were not working. My regards to all

The staff were extremely helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. Room service was quick and excellent. The degree of cleanliness is high
However some of the applliances in the room didnt work like the heater and the fridge
