From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is extremely clean with beautiful ambiance, fresh flowers, fantastic restaurants. The beach is great with staff ready to set you up with towels, beds and umbrellas. We used the in room dining, breakfast buffet and lunch at the beach/pool. It was always fresh and easy to receive with fantastic service. All and all we were very happy with everything.

We spent an afternoon here at the pool and were able to get loungers, towels and bottle water quickly (and every set of loungers had its own umbrella). Food and drinks were good/fresh too and didn’t take too long to arrive. Beach was very close and convenient. Overall we had a relaxing time at the pool. Also shout out to Dennis and Thomas for great service!

A fantastic hotel with a dedicated and very attentive staff. From the beach support team to the room and reception team, everyone was extremely helpful. 5 stars also for the sensitivity with which they decorated the room with animals and a little cake for my son's 11th birthday. Excellent food as well as cleanliness all over the hotel. We stayed in a suite and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this hotel for both couples and families. The kids loved it and so did we. Hope to see you soon Waldorf Astoria ❤

Had an extremely memorable staycay during the weekend at this hotel and it was simply fab!
Excellent service, beautiful view from the room we booked, kids totally enjoyed their pool time swimming, breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of international and Mediterranean cuisine to indulge in. Room service, staff, parking facilities all top notch! Love the whole experience!! Would definitely record and also come back again! 💛

I used the hotel day pass for the beach & pool. Both areas are amazing, perfect for a relaxing day and beach water is just great. I had lunch and the food is tasty and high quality. Amazing service and Thanks to Denis, that works at the beach, we had an incredible day and for sure we will came back for a long stay. I highly recommend!

Stayed here for 1 week. Unable to fault the hotel at all. All amenities we used were excellent and the staff very attentive.

The in house restaurant boasts excellent culinary skill and their breakfasts and dinners did not disappoint. Met one of the senior chefs who also took good care of us.

They have a separate adult only pool, with plenty sunbeds available. And the beach is easily accessible too.

Rooms are very spacious and luxurious.

Very beautiful hotel which is well maintained.

Hotel has a free valet service too.

One of the most exotic and expensive hotels out there in Dubai. A must experience, you guys. I loved this hotel beyond anything I have ever experienced so far. The staff, the breakfast, the facilities everything is just worth the money spent Loved it and I cant wait to stay in this chain in other countries

Amazing hotel with excellent service and a private beach. Incredible interior design and service that is well organized and delighted to help. Fresh fruits at the beach and two pools. The location means that your are far out from the city but you can simply take a taxi or use the hotel transfer shuttle service. Simply make sure you don’t get a room next to the loud facility with fan noise all day long (that is located directly next to the hotel). Absolutely recommend a stay here!

Wonderful place, all is well organized. Staff is extremely helpful. Food is really tasty. We enjoyed 2 restaurants there. Got samples from Italian restaurant- amazing pasta also. Would definitely recommend.

lovely place. rooms are spacious, hotel is quiet. very good restaurants on site. a separate pool for adults and lots of sun beds around pool and on beach. spa is excellent with a variety of options. all the staff were incredibly courteous!

since its at the end of the crescent, It's a long drive off the palm. shuttle times are few n far between. there is the option to take a boat out to marina bay, but the times are limited and can get costly if with many people.

great view across the gulf of the city skyline on a clear day. makes of a perfect morning or evening stroll

We hosted a 50th birthday party where we had lunch, chilled at the pool and had afternoon tea. We had such an amazing time all thanks to the wondeful and helpful staff. Mercy at the Peackock Alley with her team made our time very worthwhile. The staff really went out their way to ensure that all the guests were comfortable and had a good time. Thank you so much Waldorf will definitely come back

A lovely high-end hotel with top notch service from the Hilton diamond concierge department. Check in is done in a separate room, staff is super nice, and you feel special through and through. One thing to consider when staying in the palm 🌴, you'll have to add an additional 15 -20 min when wanting to leave the palm for food, shopping, misc. The view is spectacular. Depending on which side of the hotel, your view could be the Burj Al Arab and city OR the ocean and Atlantis. Either way you win! Breakfast and lunch was just ok. Dinner buffet changes every night and was quite extensive and good quality. Overall, a great secluded high-end hideaway with superb views of Dubai.

We had a great experience our host was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Philip suggested different kids of dishes and we took him up on his offer to choose our menu and we enjoy every single choice. Definitely will be going back there

Absolutely amazing hotel! Great food! Location - right by the beach and overlooking the city/buildings (great)! We had an amazing honeymoon here for 2 nights before heading on elsewhere. Great beginning to our honeymoon. Staff are very helpful/ advised us on many trips in the evening! Go and see La Perla show - I've never seen anything like it! Between 100 - 70 Dirhams for Taxi's to the main city. Thank you, I would come back here again!

My stay here was one to remember. The staff are very friendly, excellent service and great food, all in a luxurious environment. My greatest highlight though was the view you get of the Arabian gulf and of Dubai city from the hotel room.

Truly a great value! The room was fantastic and as a Gold HHornor member I received an upgrade to a suite room. The lounge staff was accommodating and helpful (Carl as well as the others). When I return to Dubai I am looking forward to a relaxing stay.

The luxury you feel when the security stops the Uber just to check if we're hotel guest is awesome. Once you enter the lobby you will feel the grandiosity of this hotel. The service was great at all times. The food was good and the beach is stunning. They have two pools one for family and one for adults. The room was so clean and it really has everything you ask for even the beautiful view of the Burj Al Arab. If you want a two day get away I highly recommend this place.

The palm is not for me location-wise. I don't understand how this hotel is rated 14th in Dubai - I've been there about six times previously and all other hotels I stayed in were far superior in all respects. Was not asked for feedback or a repeat visit on check-out. Breakfasts were excellent but buffet dinners could be improved. A la carte restaurants were excellent.

Beautiful rooms, fantastic service (very helpful concierge managed to book us into some great restaurants). Location is good if you dont mind having to travel quite far to get off the palm but you do have a lovely view. Pools are lovely (adult one is very shallow though) and never seemed too busy despite being at full occupancy (apparently).

Very luxurious and a beautiful setting. Great facilities Love cocos kids club, which allowed us to get rid of the three year old and have some time to relax. Had very attentive and helpful staff. A bit far from the main attractions in dubai, but take the tourist ferry to the marina. Also great restaurants on site although a bit pricey.

We really enjoyed our time at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai! The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very spacious; there are a variety of good restaurant options and the employees go out of their way to make sure guests are happy and satisfied. In particular, a special thank you to our room attendant, Ankush! He was always there whenever we had any requests and always left small surprises such as amazing animal designs made out of towels, flowers, rose petals and more. Mercy and Lilly always had smiles on their faces and went above and beyond to say hello and ask about our day. John Paul and Eduardo were extremely helpful. They made fantastic suggestions on restaurants, transportation and places to shop. Thank you all for making our vacation so enjoyable!

Our room was very spacious with a very nice bathroom. The wooden floors were a nice change from the typical carpet you get from other hotels. The breakfast buffet was included with our package and the variety and quality of food was outstanding!

Stayed here with my family in a Club Suite.

They all loved it. Staff were friendly.

Views across the Palm from the Club Lounge were outstanding.

My wife cried when we had to leave. First time that's ever happened!

Great hotel with great service. They have a very well equipped gym. Fruits and waters whenever you want. The beach isn't so good. Small with cold water. But they have a great swimming pool. Worth the price they charge.

Love this hotel! The rooms are awesome. Service is great. View is spectacular and beach and pool are amazing. I have been to many hotels in Dubai and this one is one of my favorite for sure. Great hotel for relaxing and enjoying the view.
