Location very close to Mall of the Emirates and metro station. Prices very affordable . Rooms very capacious and comfortable.

poor. out dated visitor rules and petty charges. owned and run by Turkish islamists. many people leaving. you can find better, friendlier and cheaper. this apartment block is still in the 15th century. wake up! people have friends and they want to socialise. stop moralising for people you do not even know..

Outdated 'policies restricting any visitors to the hotel this rule not been seen in Dubai since about year 2000. Just because some Muslims cannot control their lust all hotel residents are made to feel guilty simply for wanting friends to visit for social or dinner. Maintenance very slow for any requests. i left soon after arriving. The place is outdated in its outlook against modern cosmopolitan and tolerant Dubai. ohits not cheap either. Many better options available choose them.

The best hotel apartment for the family. If you are looking for safe and clean place for you and your family this is the one. No bars restaurant or Alcohol just family residence.

Staff is amazing very courteous and cooperative. This place is like second home for me. Strongly recommend Akas inn.

All thanks to Mr.Ashique (Manager) leadership and team efforts.

Booked a studio, but got upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Yes one of the doors were locked. The decor is outdated and dirty. Housekeeping is thrle worse, don't think the bedsheets were changed when I arrived. The shower had clumps of hair in it. The lounge room had disgusting old couches. I would recommend housekeeping be not done daily in order to clean more throughly. It is about 8 mins or so walk to the metro. It is not the most central location but it was purely based on price. Did not bother to see other facilities.
