Spacious apartments, comfortably designed back then, old, kinda clean but with pest issues equipped with overused appliances but maybe all that's why it's pretty cheap breakfast poor 2xtost, 2xcroissant, 2xmini butter, 1xmini jam, coffee, glass of orange juice every morning for 17 days in my case but, there's a kitchen in the apartment and the Carrefour in the Emirates Mall to fulfil that additional expense you thought you solved by booking a room with a breakfast incl. Well located. Cheap all together.

The Hotel appartment is in a great location that is a few steps from the Mall of Emirates, the metro and is close to a variety of restaurants ranging from Indian to Italian. The 2 bedroom hotel room we stayed at is neat and spacious . There is a picturesque view of the city from the balcony and the room service is great. A special mention to all the staff, especially Rocky and the morning/night shift managers who were very helpful with any assistance required during our holiday. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay at the hotel as it met our necessities and we highly recommend this hotel.

The two stars for the location only as it’s strategically located steps from the mall of the Emirates and other shops ..

Why wasn’t the best experience because of the below :-
1. I was on a visit from Toronto wth my family so I decided to reserve a two bedroom apartment at this place, when I was making the on line booking they never mentioned to me anything about 5% extra government fees they just mentioned the price for the 12 nights plus 10% fee plus Another 10% municipality fee plus 20 AED per night but no mention of the extra 5% fee which they informed me about when I arrived !
2. They charged my credit card in full when I was in Toronto about two months before arrival to Dubai at higher exchange rate !!!
3. The room I booked looks deferent in reality from the on line pictures !
4. The constitutions noise and street noise is major issue I used to sleep late as I was on vacation but always wake up very early due to the noise factor
5. Our two bedroom apartment smelled like food the kitchen wasn’t cleaned properly and the oil stain was on the cabinets and staid there until we checked out !
6. Few other minor issues but not worth elaborating about such as the parking entrance is too tight, the reception area is too small, breakers jumped few times when you turn on the toaster, balcony slide door was too heavy to open it and close real struggle !response / report this review -

Why I'm giving this hotel 1/5 :
1- I found a cockroach in the first restroom.
2- I found blood in the bed.
3- Towels are dirty.
4- Windows are NOT soundproof, you can hear the people talking from the street and car sounds.
5- Wi-Fi is the slowest ever. I can't watch YouTube videos or snapchats.
6- restroom door lock is not working.
7- No water heater !
8- furniture is old.
9- there is sound from beds every time you move over the bed.
10- they give us only ONE card for the apartment and the apartment is two bedrooms.
The good thing is just it's close to Mall of Emirates.
I suggest anyone to think many times before staying in this hotel.response / report this review -

I have been there for more than three weeks, Good staff and service, good thing about here you can find outside gym, restaurants, retailer store, and most amazing thing you can find is The Mall Of Emirates just few steps ahead..

I stayed here last year and loved it. Great room, great location, great staff. Even was upgraded. I plan to stay there again this year.
