I am okay with my attending doctor. And this 1star however is for the main reception staff. The Indian guy entered all my contact details wrongly. Wrong mobile number. Wrong email address. Ive waited for more than a week for my lab results, only to find out that all my contact details were wrong, hence I didn't receive any update! How difficult would it be to encode correct details? It doesn't need to be a genius to encode those simple yet important details. And the second time I came back, I stood in front of the Filipino guy for like more than 5 mins, without him acknowledging my presence. He just kept on stapling, writing and typing as if he doesn't see me. I was just courteous though not to bother him thinking that he might just need some time to finish whatever he was doing. But then he just left the counter without saying a word. What kind of customer service is that?

I had a wonderful experience with my prenatal care at The Prime Medical Centre, Burjuman followed delivery and post delivery care at The Prime Hospital, Al Garhoud. The staffs are exceptional. I had a much more calm and relaxed experience giving birth than I could have ever hoped for.
I consulted Dr. Pragrathi Grover at The Prime Medical Centre, Burjuman. She is the most professional, caring and compassionate doctor I have met. Her level of dedication has made her one my favourite doctors and I would highly recommend her to my closest friends and family!

The clinic is very good, I could actually give a 4 to 5 star but the pharmacy is the worst I've dealt with. Very disorganised and it took a long time to get the meds with most people getting irritated by the situation. Must improve big time.

From the very first day, she was quiet friendly, approachable. Her professional expertise and personal touch has impressed and made the complete tenure so comfortable..

She has the power to make the most stressful span of delivery smooth and stress free. She has a friendly nature and attitude to always help with the best solution understanding our medical history. I truly have no words to thank her.

My kids see Dr Sajjad for their dental health. He is absolutely fantastic, knows his work very well. Would recommend him to anyone who needs a pediatric dentist. The Medical Center itself is extremely good and have very professional staff.

The clinic need to rethink who they put in the reception, the staff there are helpless I came with painful thorns in my hand and asked them to be removed by a nurse , she said doctor needs to authorize it and she didn’t even advised me by when the doctor will be available and made me leave the clinic very carelessly. The clinic will be not visited again if this kind of behavior continue

I like Prime Burjuman clinic. In fact they are good in care, But the Nursing assistants needs to trained especially with the GP.At times they kept me with long waiting with 40 degree fever, may be the lack of knowledge to the care. the registered nurses are awesome in terms of service.And the orange coat ladies they are very help full.Dr. Pragathi is one of the best gyne too there.I love Prime

At first i am happy with the service but today i am so disappointed.i called many times for my next check up since they asked me to call them if my 1st day of period will come and today is my 2nd day they keep connecting me then disconnect at last they told me to wait for the call back untill now no response from prime medical burjuman branch.Anyway ill just search a better clinic for me.

Heard about Dr. Pragti Grover through my two of colleagues who had delivery with her. Throughout the pregnancy term of my wife, we we were having wonderful time with hospital and especially Dr. Pragati.
Like her smiling gesture we are blessed with ever smiling daughter “Inbaa”. Every visit to the doctor was very memorable, my wife used to be worrying before meeting her. With the kind of encouragement and strength given by doctor we always come out with smiles. The delivery was a complicated ones with longer pre labor pain with lot of difficulties ended up with NVD all because of the Doctor determination and nursing staffs support throughout. I do not have belief in God, but I saw all my gods in front of us during the labor. First my sincere gratitude to Dr. Pragati Grover and thanks so much for the nursing staffs. My special mention to nurses Collin, Aimy, Jayanti & Sopna. Thank you so much “Prime” for the wonderful care with zero hinderance..

Most pathetic place to ever get treated the staff nurses doctor all appear lost and clueless..I was advised to get a gel from the pharmacy after waiting for a good 30 mins and finally the prescription did not include the gel. I had to go back to the clinic, wait again and asked to go back to the pharmacy where I have to wait again complete waste of time.

My 6 yr old daughter had 3 root canals and the Specialist Pediatric Dentist Dr Sajjad Mithiborwala handled her very patiently. His approach is very friendly with kids. My daughter was very comfortable when the treatment was being done and everything went so smoothly. I highly recommend him for the regular check up visits for the kids and any kind of dental problems.

Then we have Dr Sajjad Mithiborwala in prime medical burdubai.Our daughter who is 2.5 years had infection in teeth as she fell a year ago and root canal was mustWe had been to several leading clinics but got a negative reaction as most of the doctors were hesitant to medicate due to her age.We then decided to diagnose in India, but then my cousin (who is also a pediadontist in India) referred me to Dr Sajjad.And it went smoothly with 4 sitting & with no tears at all in my daughter's eyesI'm thankful to Dr Sajjad & would refer him to all my friends & relatives for any dental issues for kids,as he's very friendly to kids

I am patient of Hypothyroidism, D3 Deficiency, B12 Defiency. I go to Prime Medical Center Bur Dubai for my regular treatment and health check up and follow up. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Riyaz and his Nurse Ms.Bency

Dr. Riyaz is very experience doctor and have very strong knowledge. The moment he listen to symptoms he would catch up the exact problem and reach to the root cause. He consistently answers all my questions and win the confidence of the patients.

Nurse Bency is very supportive. she help me in getting approval on time, Sending reports to my email and most of the time she goes extra mile for her patient with on demand approval, fast and urgent lab services. I am really thankful to Dr. Riyaz and Bency.

Now coming to reception and other staff. they are really good and very helpful and cooperative. I like and gives always best rating , DR Riyaz and Bency ***** 5 Star rating.

Had a really good experience in this clinic. The staff were professional in handling patients in terms of directing you were to go and what you have to do. Nurses were nice and professional and so were the doctors.

The facilities are well kept and clean. Free wi-fi is also available. There is parking available in front of the clinic however it does get crowded during peak hours. Although there are a lot of parking spots across the street.

I was under observation of Dr. Pragati Grover for both my pregnancies and some other issues. She is the best Dr. She has been always there for me from day 1 of my first pregnancy. She is a doctor who is so supporting and caring. She doesn't bothers even if we call or text her at any point of time even though when she is on leave and reverts promptly. Blessed to have her as my Dr. I wish many needy patients get doctor Like her.
