Nice hotel, centrally located at walking distance from Abu Dhabi Mall which is a huge advantage. Around the hotel you can find everything. The rooms are nicely decorated but not very big, the staff is kind and helpful. The restaurant has limited menu and kind of slow service. The valet parking service might take some time to bring your car so be prepared if you're in a hurry. Overall a nice place to stay with good price to quality ratio.

Everything is excellent except the restaurant. Restaurant is good only for breakfast, poor menu for lunch and dinner. Staff in the restaurant are very slow and dumb.

Very poor customer service. Unable to provide extra bed. They offer valet parking. However that can take up to an hour before they take your car away to park.

Amazing place to stay and I suggest this place to anybody who visits Abu Dhabi. Nice food and cool place to be in Abu Dhabi. Surrounded by many Indian restaurants, good places to visit, it is worth the money you pay.

My experience in this hotel was ok but not perfect. The most disadvantage in this hotel it doesnt have free parking you should pay to get valet parking. They give me free upgrade from studio to big bed room. The rooms are clean but the location of the hotel is not ok.

The hotel is on the tired side, and self service apartments do not have a microwave or a toaster, which is poor. Add to this that the gym facilities are basic.

I would not recommend this for long term stays, as they do not offer any good discounts.

But I cannot dispute the fact the hotel is in great location and the vast majority of Staff provide a really goo service and are helpful.

We are human we understand policies. Assistant Front Manager Mr. Abdenaim Benchach is talking to us in top of his lungs. Very RACIST! is it just because we are Filipinos??? We've been seating here for two hours and we observed that they are not checking for all people who comes. WORST hotel experience!

Cozy and comfortable, the staff are very friendly. The place is neat and clean. The gym is very small and not well equipped but sufficient to keep in shape. There's a little swimming pool as well and you get towels. There's a restaurant with an open buffet and you can order food to your room/apartment.

Really good sized and quiet rooms and comfy bed. Free Wifi gave pretty reasonable speed. Roof deck swimming pool a little small but clean and warm. The lift will only allow you to move between Reception and your floor. A real pain if a colleague / friend is on another floor as it means you've always got to meet on the ground floor! Plenty of places to eat around the hotel, cash-point nearby and the Abu Dhabi Mall is less than a 10min walk away.
