It is a decent apartment hotel. If you are only looking to spend a night, it is good enough. The in-house food is disappointing. It is closer to DAFZA metro station (7-8 minutes walk) & Dubai Grand Hotel bus stop (5 minutes walk). It is far away from downtown attractions. Supermarket is at a walking distance & different eateries (mainly South-Indian) are also located at a walking distance.

great hotel and excellent staff, just steer clear of the in hotel restaurant, it's not food you want to eat.
