Nice area, worst parking for your beloved car. Parking are is an open space where delivery guys and everyone walk trough your car to reach the townhouses at the ground floor, usually they dont care and can easily scratch your car just by the bag etc. I lived in Damac for 3 years and got my car scratched at the ground parking many times, as the parking in damac doesnt have cameras you cant even check who exactly did the scratch to your car.
If you love your car and want it clean – better to consider covered parking on the upper levels. Avoid ground floor parking as its an open free walk for everyone area where all the time you can see delivery guys, maintenance team walk with equipment and building car washers who can spread dirty water drops on the near cars while washing the others.response / report this review -

The demography and the structural planning is beautiful. The apartments are reasonably priced and are surveyed on a high security alert. Great place for families
