The best experience ever, staying there. The staff is very cheering and supporting. Bar is good. Buffet meal in novatel is great . Prime location . Nice view of Abu Dhabi, and Mosque. Swimming pool great.

A decent stay for business visits, rooms are bit small compared to a regular 3 star offering. Location is not the best, for the hotel being in the middle of construction activities and close to the industrial belt. For leisure stays recommend to try other hotels in the city.

About myself i prefers little bit far from the town so it's easy go and come back which gave me good time to reach where i wanted to be
And i felt very comfortable its my first time here but won't be last

Good price. Not good for tourists because it's far from any interesting place or public transportation.
Rooms are average. Refrigerator didn't worked. Very good breakfast.

No swimming pool!
We ibis customers have to pay extra 25 dhs for per person. Very bad service. Very bad tv. I recommend all of you to go to novotel next to ibis hotel instead. It is way better.

Hotel Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate is one of the Best Hotel in economical price in 4 Stars. its Far From Downtown and also from Main Road. if you want to stay there you should use Taxi service or your own Car. Buss stop is little bit far from here. you may see very beautiful views of abu dhabi from this hotel. Services are Excellent. Thumbs-Up.

Everything is mostly correct for the class of this hotel. Except shower room hygiene. There are plenty black spots of poor cleaning on many cornets and joints. Perfect place for a spread if bacteria.

Wonderful, clean and modern place. Good WiFi. Bathroom is compact and spotless. Friendly helpful staff. The free bottle of water in the room is a welcome sight for a hot and tired traveller! Those little things really make a difference!

Not worth for money.. No bell boy to carry ur baggage. No swimming pool access extra cost for each and every thing even no bath room kit.. Rooms are very small and bathroom are like smaller den lift. It's suitable for children's not for adults

Place is Good for the price of the rooms clean and neat .Prompt service .

However no amenities provided in the wash rooms like tooth brush and paste or even shampoo. Food is tasty prices are 5 star.

Rest was fantastic.

Clean hotel. Big rooms. My husband and I have a suite with kitchen and laundry but wash cloths and dish racks or dish towels not provided. Staff are polite. Pool on site but not included with room- extra charges apply.

Clean, comfortable, good service. Food and drinks are a bit pricey, and the pool isn't included unless you pay extra. Buffet breakfast was good, quite but didn't even include fresh eggs (extra)
