Nice budget hotel located in the quiet part of the city close to many shopping and eating places. Clean and tidy rooms but the washrooms do need a bit of maintenance. The check in and checkout is really slow, which is annoying

Very bad hotel. I have booked the room last week with my wife. We have got some friends in abudhabi. When they came to meet us. The security stop them. Telling only two person can go inside. When my friends told we just came here to meet them. Very bad behaviour from the hotel staff. We whent out side in a park to talk with our friends. Very very bad hotel and fecilities

My stay over here was for around a month. The rooms here are quiet small , with a refrigerator and TV in it. 1/2 water bottle per day is complimentary.
They don't have a lot of food options,but there are multiple good restaurants in visinity.
With that Madinat Zayed is just 2mins walk away from this place.response / report this review -

Friendly staff, clean, near city centre, not expensive and can order food from nearby restaurants straight to your room (I recommend Askar Refreshments). Only downside is the room is relatively small and the bathtub was leaking.

Old furniture, noisy rooms since whoever uses the lift, a loud chime is heard inside the room , the bed is also shabby and not comfortable, room is very small, , the walls need painting, and the TV is opposite the bed direction, the internet speed is good, the hotel location is perfect, the receptionist is friendly.

Calling time told 200 when u went check in time 300dhs really bad services for reception please direct booking not there please confrom and go otherwise cheating

I never seen this kind of a hotel in my life, they allowed only one visitor during our entire stay and the staffs are very rude in nature. I am that much unhappy and for the staff nd there’s policies. It’s is a kind of jail not leisure..this is my last visit.

Pathetic!!! Worst service (rather No service). Even no one to pick garbage out. Rude Mgmt & staffs needs a full package training on customer service. Misleading info on tariffs, really mean the guys to grow up!
