Staff extremely helpful and attentive,A nice place ,very quiet.rooms are ok,staff friendly.the only problem is the rooms are not sound proof I think.,as we could hear sounds from the other room, "television " sound
Otherwise everything else was ok.will surely visit again

This Hotel Apartment is the worst in whole Abu Dhabi

Pilipino Receptionist is very rude unprofessional.. They are very Racist,
They even don't smile. they approach to you very rudely.
whenever you approach to them they act they are very busy they even don't smile. Pilipino gals and boys are very unprofessional. They even don't come for cleaning though the scene is very nice. All the utensil are dirty everything is undity. Manager is very rude too.. They need good Management there and professional Management.

We booked yesterday and We had an extremely unpleasant experience from the receptionist maybe he is pakistan, we have a lady visitor then while she's waiting in the reception , receptionist man and his friend same Pakistan looking to my visitor then laughing. It's obvious that they're talking about my visitor.. The receptionist Man is totally rude and he said not allowed the visitors ,ok fine. But he asked for 200dhs so they can accept our visitor..

Well.. We will not comeback to this Hotel Apartment..

i stayed here in June 2014. The rooms are okay and location is very nice. But thenthe service is pathetic, rude and unfriendly staff. Really badly managed with very few maintenance people. Not worth the price they ask. Appliances like washing machine, fridge, tv all are in bad state

Avoid at all cost.
