  I found Oaks Liwa Exectuive Suites to be cozy and quaint, which is just how I like it. The furnished apartments are quite sizeable and great value in terms of their pricing. Aside from the aforementioned, Oaks' location is in quite accessible and strategic making it very convenient to be able to move about. Last but certainly not the least, the staff are courteous, efficient and warm. I look forward to staying with them again in the near future.

  This is very well managed friendly clean well maintained hotel. Easy access to Abu Dhabi mall by walk.
  I've stayed in a few hotels, hotel apartments in Abu Dhabi iver the last 5 years and this is by far the best.

  Service is good and generally placed in a good area close to Abu Dhabi mall. The place is however starting to have some wear in some of the rooms. Still would recommend as a good hotel apartment place.

  I have lived in this building for just over a year now. The staff are super helpful and kind. There's a pool, gym, sauna and restaurant. The rooms are spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, and they are stocked with everything you need. It's in a great location - there's a grocery shop, mall, gym, and many other places nearby. Not sure about price as this accommodation is provided through my work.

  The house keepers are wonderfulthey give good services to their guests at any time needed. I love it here
