Stayed at the resort for 2 night with family. Good quality resort with access to zoo and swimming pool but you have to lower your expectations. There is Subway and Pizza Restaurant just outside the resort with an in house restaurant as well.

For me all room TVs had no channels. I have been shifted to 3 rooms already in first night. Also, very bad smell from the shower drainage which it seems a problem across all since I got to see three rooms and all had the same issue.

I have had to call 3 times for them to make up the sofa bed and 2 times to get them to try to fix the TV channels issue.

In general, it can be made a lot better with the right staff training ( they seems lacking the service energy) and procedure i.e they shouldn’t check you in a room that not ready.

P.s. Despite that I booked in their peak time, I have noticed no hotel management presence.

We got to see the animals up close and feed them. We even touched the elephants and fed them cucumbers!

I am visiting this after a span of 3 years. What I have noticed is while the number of visitors has increased considerably, the animal population within the park seems to be reduced with lot of empty animal shelters. Also service quality of staff has also been deteriorated. Need more improvement to make the visit make a true experience and to recommend for others.

Great place for children. You need 3 hours for the zoo. Ideal is to take a room in resort near zoo and enjoy big pool and excellent zoo.

Loved the concept of the place. It is a resort property built around a zoo. The zoo itself is well planned and maintained. Each room has a unique view of the zoo. There is a swimming pool along with a kid pool and slide but no other amenities like gym etc. Good for a family staycation.

Amazing place for a family outing, peaceful, not too crowded on a weekday.. Great view of the animals just outside the rooms.. Surely my favourite spot for a weekend holiday trip :) :D

Excellent place for a family visit. At just 30 AED, it offers excellent value if you are just interested in a daytime visit to the zoo.
However, if you or your children love animals, it makes no sense for you to spend a night at the resort. You get free access to the zoo, nice amenities and cozy stay. You can roam around and pet and feed the animals for the whole stay. The regular costs are a bit on the high side, but offers are frequent. And it's best to visit on weekdays to avoid the weekend crowd.

I love this place, my favorite resort. I stayed here twice, both 2015 and 2016. The people who work there are absolutely amazing and helpful.

The room service is great witch is important to me when I have a lot to do in my work that things go fast and this place is faster than any other hotels I have stayed at. The food is great and always huge portions. To have breakfast with view to the animals is a great experience too if you book the chalet. (If not you can always visit Zoo regardless)

A special thank you to Sithik who took such good care of me! A thank you to the managers as well who hires so well at the resort. It shows on a happy stay!

I Had made a booking for one room (family) for check in on the 01 Oct and check out on the 02nd., its very nice, They should provide direct access to pool & zoo from within Chalet area.Very clean Chalets considering it was very close to the animals. Well maintained property.My friends and I are already planning our next trip.
