A bit far from everything but good value for money. I was there for 3 nights for business and I can't complain about anything.the staff is also very helpful and kind! Nice swimming pool and great breakfast!

Nice hotelgood locationbut front office staff is not helpful..also they don't care for there guest .for them any private service provider like cab driver etc.are more important and honest than their guest .i had to pay for pick and drop ..when I only take the service for one-way only . Front office had arrange the cab for me and told me that this cab is hotels prop. and later on lied that they had never tell this is hotels cab but sided with cab driver & force us to pay the charges for whole day. Worst incident i had in my whole lifei regret booking this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel and were given a room without a tub. The washroom was not clean with smears on the mirror. The second night we discovered a bedbug in our bed. This had disturbed our sleep and made us feel uncomfortable. We told reception and they relocated us to a smoking room (which we had not requested for). The sofa bed provided to us squeaked a lot and we were unable to sleep on it. We had to share a double bed for 3 adults. We have been regular guests at Novotel Deira City Centre and were treated like first time guests. We were not offered breakfast. Overall it was a horrible experience.

Very good hotel, neat and top amenities. Breakfast great and different menus everyday. Location is one of the best. Metro within walking distance. Many good restaurants nearby. Deira mall is just on the other side of the road. Green house supermarket very near. Also hotel taxi affordable. For a week or more, I recommend this hotel. The pictures taken from my suite. Incredible view.

The novotel hotel lobby is great. The rooms are good. There is only one category. But I was so lucky to get the only sweet room they have and for the price of the deluxe room.

A very clean, friendly staff, and just a good environment, we came in August 2017 and now again December 2017 as they never disappoint us. They really are a 4 star hotel but they should be a 5. All of the staff was really nice and would love to help not by force a really good surrounding

The location of the hotel is very good right opposite Deira City centre literally.

The poorest hotel ever..
Old used towels
They do not have bath complimentary items (slippers, ear pads)
The blanket sheet is colorful 😂 even 1 star hotels put it one color.
No Elec sockets beside beds!

Best value for money in the best area of Dubai. Deira is the old Dubai and with very few tourists. The hotel is two Metro stops from international airport and opposite of the Deira city centre mall. For business trips ideal place to stay and also convenient to reach any other place and easily accessible for your visitors also. The hotel itself is good Accor Novotel upper business standard that does not leave reason for complaints.

Overall very nice stay at Novotel.
Rooms are nice and comfortable, excellent choices for breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect - 2 minutes walking distance of very nice mall and metro station and bus station.
Taxi services available very easily
Hotel is very near to the airport, 5-10 minutes by taxi.
Wifi was good, and desktop pcs were available
Improvement areas: Room service could be improved, the beds were not properly made, and the shower tray leaks at times, in room facilities such as dressing gowns, slippers, vanity kits not provided.

We had a wonderful stay in Novotel Hotel. For sure I will recommend it to everyone and I will choose it again for my next stay and good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Special the Front desk staff and concierge staff

Clean and spacious rooms. Location Heart of the city. Convenient for shopping, opp to City center. Transportation lot of choices, metro 5 minutes walk, hop on bus service from City center to visit entire city n if time permits visit Sharjah. Courteous staff, great food.

It was a good decent hotel but for me it wasn't really in its price group. I am rating it in comparison to a 4 star hotel not really what you'd expect. Breakfast was sufficient but not enough options. Bathroom was way too small and poorly designed making the stool itself very tight. Water pressure was good though. The vertigo bar is okay. It has nice service and great coffee. I would rate the employees 5 star but poor cleaning service. Overall it had a good location but it didn't feel like a 4 star hotel it felt more like a 3 or 2.

An excellent location just opposite Deira City centre mall in the heart of the city. Rooms were neat and clean. The only down side they don't have a express clothes ironing service which is needed when you travel on a business trip. Breakfast buffet was good.

The hotel staff was friendly. The beds are really stiff, I actually slept on the pull out couch. Bathrooms are great though!

Good hotel with convenient location to airport, however you'll need to taxi / drive most places. The local mall is practically abandoned.
Breakfast was small but sufficient buffet style, rooms are starting to get a little aged and will need refurb pretty soon. WiFi was free and available throughout the hotel. Pool is good, but basic and is supervised.

One of the best hotels to stay close to Airport. Mall is just opposite the hotel. Nice Indian restaurant just below the hotel. Also a nice open to sky and open air restaurant below the hotel.
