  Great place to stay! Start with staff as soon as you get to the hotel are friendly, hospitable and very helpful. Take your bags and will have them taken to your room. Check in is a breeze. The rooms are clean, comfortable and my view of the creek was pretty nice. There's complimentary water bottles, some snacks and drinks in the minibar which you have to pay for. Breakfast is great have a wide variety and selection of food. I'd get an omelette made right in front of me the way I like. The fresh juices are delicious and refreshing. The 24 hour cafe is great for sandwiches. I didn't have a chance to try any of the restaurants on site. The back of the hotel is right on the creek and is lovely for sunset walks. I had a great time would definitely recommend.

  The hotel is situated in a rather calm part of Dubai. You still find loads of restaurants & shopping malls around (walking distance). The hotel itself feels a bit outdated, but the rooms are quiet, clean and cozy. The creek view is fantastic, but only if being on a higher floor.
  
  The staff is friendly, but seems not to be trained for the little details, you expect from a five star hotel. Also, we didn't get informed at any time, that the pool was closing down for several days. I had to actively ask myself when we would be able again to use the pool. This is something which should be told upfront before booking a stay or at least inform the guests about it. If I would have known this before, I would have definitely booked another hotel.
  
  We've tried all in-house restaurants several times and would rather not recommend them. The food quality is poor, which does not justify the prices. All in all, it was okay to stay there, but I didn't get a wow-feeling.

  Absolutely loved this hotel. It's right on the creek & central for most activities. Book a creek view room for a fabulous view from your bed.
  Rooms are great & beds really comfortable.
  The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is amazing and is a must visit especially for the buffet. Totally devine food!
  Also the English pub does great lunches, fish & chips gorgeous & also the curry!
  I don't recommend the Indian restaurant though.
  Breakfast is fantastic & they serve lovely coffee in the lobby.
  We will definitely be going back.

  Great place to stay. The creek view is awesome. Good bar and excellent food where they have five restaurants( Italian , Japanese, Indian, American and Frensh) in addition to room service. Hookah bar opens from 830 p.m to 230 a.m. They have a special agent if you want to book tours. The staff is amazing. They also have big events room for events such as weddings or Sunday service. Valet service is offered for no charge. Very amazing lounge and business center. Good place to stay for families, couples , or even singles. The GYM doesn't have a lot of equipment if you want to workout. The massage therapy is average. They have Sauna. The breakfast is great and by the pool. Rooms are very spacious and great. The beds are very comfy.

  I love this place, from the room to the staff everything is nothing less than phenomena. This hotel is the epitome of 5 star service. Everyone wants to help and give you the best experience. And they work well as a team to make it happen. But what would you expect with such a great staff ! I will be coming back every time just for the service along.

  We chose this hotel for a 3 night stopover based on recommendations by friends and we were not disappointed. A fantastic location overlooking the Creek, extremely comfortable, wonderful staff and our room was simply amazing, with picture windows looking across to the main part of the City and down the Creek towards the Souk. Also very easy access to the airport. Highly recommended.

  Honestly A fantastic hotel in every way. Nolan at the front desk was so friendly and kind and patient I can not recommend him enough. The house staff is all just as awesome. Really, look no further than the Hotel .

  First stay at this specific SPG hotel. Have driven past it many times. Since it looks nice and is close to the airport (I'm on a 16 hrs layover), I decided to give it a try. Very kind staff upon checkup. Room was fairly priced for its size with a fantastic view of the Creek as a bonus. Great for business travelers looking for a night or two in Dubai without having to drive across SZR to the marina side.

  Check in in one minute same as the check out..
  Room is enough with nice and modern bathroom.
  A nice Chelsea bar every thinks about this team.
  The breakfast it's good and could better

  We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel. Everyone that worked there were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. If you asked for something they would do it immediately. The courtesy bus to the mall was great as well. Even the bus driver was lovely and helpful. I would definitely stay there again because we felt good. They certainly give attention to detail. Thank you Sheraton.

  Just returned from a 2 and then 3 night stay at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel. There is one work to describe the total experience and that is ..... "awesome"! The hotel itself is stunning and excellently laid out, pool area is lovely and in the heat having a dip in the pool is lovely. Had booked a Club Creek room and this was excellent (as it was when we stayed there last year)...spacious, well equipped and comfy! My recommendation to anyone considering a stay is to pay the extra to upgrade to a "Club" room..for the extra you get breakfast, access to the club lounge (which is so nice), afternoon tea, all day soft drinks and coffee and lastly evening canapes and alcoholic drinks (for a 2 hour period)...for us it proved excellent value for money. Jocelyn and her team who run the "Club Lounge" are so friendly, professional and make you feel part of the family..can't praise them enough! For us the perfect hotel and package when staying in Dubai...the views over the creek are fantastic! Thank you to the whole team as you made out stay so perfect!!

  Excellent place to stay in Dubai next to creek. Lovely rooms excellent aircond. Obviously not the newest building in Dubai but inside very nice. Good pool with plenty of lounges. Courtesy bus to Dubai mall and nearby beach area. Only thing against is if you wish to be near city centre or Jumeirah beach.

  One of best stays in Dubai if you are satisfied with 5 star hotel. Dubai has very big range of hotels and there a re many better places to live but Sheraton Dubai is well located great view of river

  One of the best Sheraton hotels I've ever stayed in - can't speak highly enough of the staff! They were cheerful, friendly, helpful, kind - very can-do attitude and made us so welcome. Rooms were great, very clean and well-appointed, and I much enjoyed the creek view. Sally in the Italian restaurant looked after us so well. Location is great too - so much more restful than some of the newer areas. Thoroughly recommend and will be back for sure!

  Very upscale hotel with all the latest smart home features in the suite i stayed in. I asked for an upgrade when i checked in and they gave me an executive suite! The only downside is there are only two places to eat inside the hotel so if your jet lagged from your trip and need to refuel, just search on google map & call uber so you wont have any language issue with the cab driver.

  Hotel is conveniently located near the Creek, good for business travellers. Buffet breakfast had a decent spread but the parathas served were not fresh and were from ready to eat packs. Avoid rooms located above the kitchen.

  The location is great if you're on your way out of the country and heading to the airport the next day. It's not so great if you're actually planning to visit all the amazing buildings, malls and landmarks further down south. There is a metro station within a 10 minute walk. Their breakfast buffet was very good. The rooms and the building will probably need some updates very soon as its age is starting to show. The gym is tiny. Overall I had a comfortable stay.

  Excellent hotel option at Dubai Creek. Creekside location, lovely stroll at nights with view of traditional dhows and creek traffic.
  
  An easy 10min walk to nearest subway station (Union), and old but nicely maintained hotel facilities and rooms. Opt for creek view room if you can.

  The location is great if you're on your way out of the country and heading to the airport the next day. It's not so great if you're actually planning to visit all the amazing buildings, malls and landmarks further down south. There is a metro station within a 10 minute walk. Their breakfast buffet was very good. The rooms and the building will probably need some updates very soon as its age is starting to show. The gym is tiny. Overall I had a comfortable stay.
