We celebrated my friend's birthday here recently and it was really a fun night. The whole place is kinda quiet as we went there around 7pm. The staffs are very accommodating and they are quick to attend our needs. Their one serving size is quite big for one person but it was good enough for me and my friend. The place is so calm but it's kinda dark inside. But overall it's a great place to hang out and chill.

Good ambience and decor. Food was OK but not to the standard I was expecting. I ordered the pulled beef burger but it was mushy as it seemed to have been mixed with too much bar b q sauce which made it taste sweet and could not enjoy the taste so much. I would go again and maybe try another dish but the pulled beef was not to my liking.

Great place and great experience. Friendly and helpful staff. The food is very tasty and portions are extremely generous - typical American style. Just watch out for the calories!

Great service from Romeo. He made the experience exceptional. Great personality, always smiling and checking on us. Its always a pleasure feeling welcomed and cared for. Romeo is a real asset to the restaurant. Thank you Romeo. The food was great too. Ordered the chicken tenders and the veggie burger for a quick bite and it was delicious.

Always a great place - the music, the ambience. But i was especially impressed with their care during these covid times. Hand Sanitizers on entry with temp check, the hostess comes with you to the table and give tissues to keep face masks, wet wipes to clean. Tables are well distanced and its a big space, so definitely makes it better. The food and drinks are great as usual.

One of the best pubs in Dubai. This was my 1st time at any HRC and I loved it. Their nacho's are very mind-blowing and quantity was also pretty good. If you intend to have 3-4 beers each, nacho's only is enough for two people, already I couldn't even finish it with my partner.
Every Evening or perhaps every night they have happy hours from 10pm to 1am where they have buy one get one on selective beverages. This includes SOL beer pint which I tasted for the first time and loved it.
Staff is very attentive here and very welcoming. Service is also very fast here being a huge restaurant of this capacity I would say service is far far better than many other restaurants of comparative standards.
Ambience is quite exquisite.

Its place for hangout and have live music band shows in daily. On 1st floor sell official Hard Rock Dubai Merchandise. The place was spacious and have a lot collection memorabilia from famous musician. Instagramable place.

This place was utterly outstanding! The food was amazing, cocktails were strong and flavourful. If you are looking for food in Dubai this place is excellent, food was served promptly and was piping hot and was the best food we had in Dubai (whilst also being very reasonable in price). But i must say the best part of the experience at Hard Rock was the staff. They took care of our every need no matter how big or small the request. When we had been playing pool the ice had melted in our drinks so the member of staff came and changed them without us asking. It really is a great atmosphere and well worth a visit (or 2 as we did). I hope everyone has an experience as good as we did, we will be going back.

Great food and service. Asked for their Atomic Burger but as a lettuce wrap and they did it without a second thought. Most restaurants apologize and say they can’t do wrap. Loved it.

Nice atmosphere, although very loud (maybe I'm just old) if there's live music. We sat outside and it was just right. I'm sure that's ok in January, probably not once it heats up. Food was good.

Everytime we want to enjoy and listen to live cool rock music we go to hard rock cafe. Food is great as well as the staff and the crew. Today we met James our server who really give us great service and so we had a great dining experience:)

if you're looking to enjoy some rock music while drinking and eating, Hard Rock is the place to be. food is good but nothing really special about it except the big portions. happy hour during the middle of the week starts at an early hour which is great. if you don't like rock music, i would suggest you go elsewhere as the place is really loud!!

Food experience was decent. Did NOT enjoy being followed around and stared at by Elias and Anulla (forgive my spelling). I get it that loss prevention is important, but they could be much subtler about it. It was seriously unnerving. Just awkwardly standing there a meter away staring us down. Maybe it's not considered rude in the UAE, but where I'm from, it's really rude. Please consider training your staff to monitor patrons with some tact.

We love Hard Rock!!! We always have company parties here in the VIP room. Usually 3 or 4 per year. Come later after 8 for live band. During the day music videos are played on the projection screen and speakers. Good food. Good location next to Festival City Mall.

The Hard Rock Cafe in Dubai have finally opened up their new cafe after moving from the old location. The new location is in a great location, close to hotels and mall next door, and scenery.
The staff were excellent and friendly, the food tasted very nice, and the music/videos was great too.
The restaurant and bar are very spacious with plenty of seats in the restaurant and bar. The merchandise shop downstairs is nice too.
Well done Hard Rock Cafe Dubai for the new premises and location.

Best place in Dubai if you want to hear good rock music and have a great meal. The Legendary Burger here is the best burger in Dubai in my opinion. Great atmosphere at any time of the week!

Better than average service, standard Hard Rock food quality, highly recommend to visit. Minus star for pins - out of stock. They could predict higher volume during Christmas than other days and missing area for kids. It would be great to have small hard rock corner with babysitting with toys like small instruments, plastic motorbikes etc. rather than billiard and football. Environment is nice, but not wow. Parking in front of the Hard Rock 25 AED or free at shopping mall Mark and Spencer
