Very crowded not organised shame to represent republic of Philippine
So crowdy 😓 No have parking area.. 🚗
A sad excuse for an embassy. More like a fish market than an embassy.
Chaotic , smelly and crowded. It's obvious the embassy needs more staff to face the huge number of visitors but I was surprised at how unorganized and disorderly the embassy was. No clear signs for anything (visa , attesting etc) and people literally shove you off. It's a mess !
whenever you call the AUH phil embassy costumer service it appears always busy. Never it happened to me that i got a call answered. There is no use of your contact desk if no one is available ALL the time(multiple calls not once but no answer) simply to pick it up. Everyone is busy,it is given. But pls. be considerate for the people who need your assistance through phone. Thank you..
When I applied for passport renewal last September in Philippine Embassy, Abu Dhabi, it was a very pleasant experience. The ambience was peaceful. Almost everybody smiles and greets you back. Showing due respect to one another. But this morning, I've experienced exactly opposite of it. The lady who attended me in the passport renewal section was very rude, sarcastic, very impolite and tried to insult and humiliate me. I felt bad because I thoughtthings and people have changed. But one person can ruin the effort of the majority in the organization. I have reasoned out politely but what if, I am someone who can't. What if I am someone who can be intimidated easily and I pity those people whocan't speak out for themselves. How difficult it is to be nice and treat other people with respect? The sad part is that, I was treated like that by my own KABAYAN in my very own embassy.

Dear Maam/Sir,
My Passport will expired this coming February 19,2017 i need to book for schedule by this coming month unfortunately no more slots.
is there any way to help me on this to renue.
Hoping for your good advice for what to do..
I'm 9months pregnant and waiting in the line, staffs can see me standing and looking for chair, some are just staring and some really don't care. no body even tried to offer some assistance. I don't mind waiting but atleast I'm expecting that as Filipino I will feel Some courtesy and respect. But unfortunately employees here need some "people practice"
I feel shame for my country that I was treated better in the UAE government offices than here in Philippine Embassy with my own Filipino people.
I hope you'll try to work things out with the manners and right conduct of your employees, at least try to teach them how to greet and smile.
