You can't call them I've tried using all the options given. They also don't ever reply back to the Emails. How the heck can I get a visa if they don't answer. The ones in Dubai are just as bad.

I have been calling the Chinese embassy several times, and no one ever answer the phone, and they never Change or improve even when you go personally and raise the issue,

comparing to their neighbor, Japan embassy we have here in Abu Dhabi, they are without any doubt the best at treating people and answering people calls and deal with their concerns.

I have been calling the Embassy for 2 weeks trying to get a visa to visit China. My calls have yet to be answered. I took off work early to go and the security guard was extremely unprofessional. I asked him for the hours of operation and his reply was "where are you from? If you don't know the hours maybe you should not go!" I have never had this type of service from any other Embassy!

I have been phoning the embassy since I booked my trip to China a month ago and nobody has ever answered the phone. I have also sent 2 emails which have been ingnored!
