Wonderful experience of transferring in between 2 flights at midnight. Glad that I have finally tried the airport hotel here in Dubai ,and thanks everyone who had made it come true 👍👍

Spacious rooms and fantasticly clean. I also like the fact that there are multiple entrances for easy access. This hotel is a must if you have a long transit at dubai international airport. If you plan ahead and book you will get much better rates than if you are a walk-in customer. All in all it's the best transit hotel I have stayed in and is our go to hotel when flying through Dubai.

Always wonderful knowing that I get to sleep in a good rom between flights instead of hanging around in the airport. Due to our stay here we discovered the gallery restaurant which offers good food. Baby friendly hotel. Clean roms, bathrooms and good assortment of toiletry. I will always stay here every time my stop is more than 3 hours.

The announced price of the room were 540AED for a night. So I booked it and prepaid it. Now they send me a mail to say that there will be 5% charge added, and I will have to pay it at check-in time.
Sounds like swindle to me. Imagine you buy and pay an item on Am** and they say afterhand that you'll have to pay extra fee on delivery.
Moreover this way I will pay 2 times currency exchange feesgreat !response / report this review -

Amazing experience, Room is serene and quiet. Integrated in terminal 3 from where you could easily get 10 mins shuttle to both terminal 2 and 1. The food is amazing and customer service is on point. Very affordable prices.

The location of this hotel can't be beat if you are simply transiting through Dubai. Its wonderfully integrated into the airport making it extremely easy to get to your gate after a stay with very little hassle. The rooms are modern and spacious and the dining areas are well placed with incredible views of the airport.

Had a great stay, the personnel were really friendly and very informative. At the Gallery restaurant, the food was great and the restaurant has great ambience. At the hotel Bharat a receptionist was the first person who received me and had answers to all my questions. The room was nice and clean.

Great location for transiting flights. Walk out of your plane and into your hotel, ok a little more than that but you get the idea. Staff was excellent, we were given a very large room with a view of inside the terminal as well as outside. We ate at the Asian restaurant in concourse A also operated by the hotel. The staff at the restaurant were extremely polite and attentive! They went out of thier way to help us and make us feel comfortable. Morning was smooth, well rested for the next leg. Took 5 min to get to my gate! Easy way to fly, terminal 3 emirates.

I was concerned that staying at the airport would be noisy and loud with planes landing and departing, I was wrong. The rooms were quiet, comfortable bed and nice accomedations. Even ordered room services. I will definately stay here again when I have a long layover.

Non Smoking room turned out to be ex-smoking room. Tiles, sink and shower damaged , everything else quite used as well. Insufficient and noisy air conditioning and the obligatory dark long hair in the bathroom. Two Stars earned by nice staff and accessoires.

We thought this might be too good to be trueon arrival into Dubai we were met by a very helpful lady. Escorted us via the 'fast-track transit' to the hotel, which we would've otherwise struggled to locate, assisted us with check in and took us to the room. Within 30 Minutes of arrival we were in the room! Executive rooms well worth that extra costmassage chair, lounge access, snacks/drinks, breakfast included. Very large room and bathroom! Very comfortable bed and pillows! Basically checked out and straight to the boarding gate for the next flight. Very convenient and nothing was too much trouble. Our children were also made very welcome. No need to check out and re-check your luggage. Cannot recommend enough! Just what was needed! Will definitely stay again!

It was good to have been met at the arrival gate and escorted to the hotel. The team were extremely friendly and the customer service was exceptional. I'll definitely be using this service again when needed.It's the easiest option when you have a long layover and need to get some sleep. The convenience of not having to travel from a hotel outside of the airport in the morning is worth the cost.

We had over twenty four hours between flights while at Dubai airport so decided to stay at this hotel. We were met off the plane by a very courteous member of the hotel staff. He took us to the Emirates desk to make sure our checked in luggage was directed to Manchester airport and organised our ongoing boarding card. When in transit you cannot leave the airport building. We were then escorted to the hotel where our room was ready for us. The rooms are spacious with all the facilities that you need from bathrobes, lots of towels and every courtesy goods that you require. There is a Spa, swimming pool, steam room and gym. A twenty percent discount was given for use in several very nice restaurants on site and also room service. On leaving the hotel we were escorted again to our departure gate. I cannot recommend this hotel and it's staff too highly, we would certainly use it again.

It was a great feeling to see my name on the sign the man held up as we entered the airport. It felt like "coming home" although we were only half-way on our journey to the Philippines.
The rooms were great, very good beds, the massage-chair an extra bonus. It was quiet and clean and absolutely an oasis for tired travellers.

This was fantastic.
I had a 10 hour overlay from 1am to 10 am approximately. A lovely lady collected me off the plane and guided me directly to the hotel. It was late. I was tired and very hungry.
Included in the hotel price was snacks upon arrival(yummy pasta) & breakfast (yummy fruit and eggs)
The massage chair was excellent
The bath - bliss
I didn't have time to use the swimming pool or spa as I had to sleep before 19 hour flight but I was very happy with my stay.
