This hotel is located at Bur Dubai. It is very close to metro station. Hotel staff is friendly. Check-in and check out was smooth. Breakfast served here is very good. Rooms are of moderate size with facilities like TV, AC, fridge, geyser, locker etc. They have swimming pool and gym at top floor. Wifi is available at hotel. It was pleasant stay here.

Good: Rooms large, two toilets, kitchen with equipment present, small swimming pool was suitable for children, close to the airport and two shopping centres.
Bad: No restaurant on the premises, hotel couldn't provide us two rooms next to other despite having booked 3 months in advance. The water in shower was boiling hot, could take shower

Only positive is that it was close to the airport and was a pretty large room. Negatives: Room did not smell good, wasn't the cleanest, front desk service was terrible, room did not come with face towels?! I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and friendly however I give it 3/5 stars because the sheets were dirty when asked to be changed the new ones were still not satisfactory. I purchased and used my own sheets and pillows during my stay. Also the floor I was on was a non smoking floor but it was obvious that people were smoking on that floor. You cannot make Wi-Fi calls and sometimes the Wi-Fi would not work well. Over all I stayed there for about 2.5 months and had no issues other than the ones mentioned.

Really I enjoyed in five night, all facilities you needed in any department it's available and all services are very nearby the hotel like supermarket a lot of restaurant salon etc..

Had a great experience! Enjoyed this stay and recommend it for families!
Rooms were tidy and clean. Comfy beds. Excellent and active service. Very good buffet break first. Great location and safe neighbor hood. Apartment had a well equipped kitchenette. Washing and Ironing facilities available. Clean bathrooms and free toiletries.
Good shopping centers nearby as well as excellent food facilities available. Metro station was just around a km away!
