Benefiting from ample natural light, all units at Coral Boutique Villas are equipped with 5 flat-screen TVs and a DVD player. A dishwasher is standard in the fully equipped kitchens. Wi-Fi is free of charge.

it’s a good choice if you’re looking to throw a party. management are pretty laid back and don’t mind banging music and a big crowd until late hours. even then, banging music is still ok. but the crowd would have to be reduced to around 10-15 people, more or less. great choice for a place to trash until the morning (since cleaning fees are covered 👀)

A boutique villa hotel located in Al Barsha 1. It’s a 5 star property but services , infrastructure and facilities you will get of 4star. No bar , one restaurant and plenty of greenery inside the villa compound. All villas are 4 bedroom villas with almost all the facilities. Good staff , friendly, free WiFi and free parking . Just a stones throw away from mall of the emirates and metro.

Boutique villa hotel situated in al barsha, near mall of the emirates . Convenient location , near metro but still a calm place. Hotel boasts 5star but seeing the facilities and infrastructure it’s good for 4 star rating. Rooms are big and spacious inside the villa. Lots of lush green inside the compound but almost everything needs renovation and facelift. If management renovate the place it would be a good place to stay inside city with a feel of outskirts beauty. Service is quite quick and good. Prices of rooms/ villas are overpriced seeing the facilities. Free parking, free WiFi available. Overall 4 star for the hotel.

Great place for a big family. 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a bathroom ensuite along with parking space for 2 cars. Quiet location behind the Mall Of The Emirates. Easily accessible. A supermarket within 5 minutes.

I have been staying in this hotel for the past 4 years, i truly like it , the quality and size of the rooms is outstanding however, notice a deterioation of serivce quality in the last two years, example the wifi was free in the lobby now it is only for an hour per room per day, so even if you were 4 adults in one 2 bedroom apartment then only one can get free access !!! Otherwise they have to be AED20 for 1 hour browse.
It has been expensive and increasingly get higher rates last year i paid AED 950 for 2 bedroom this time i paid AED 140 both in easter breaks. The pool is better serviced this time but cold water.
All in all highly recommended

Over priced. Underground parking and good space. Kitchen and bathrooms were sub par. Bed so n so. Meets expectations but pricy.
Restaurants and grocery around. 10-15 minutes walk to mall of emirates.
