Hello,
Hotel is really nice and you don’t feel that you are in the big city. Breakfasts are great. It’s a nice place for a quick holidays.
HOWEVER I had some problems with reception staff honesty which was confusing and uncomfortable.
During my check-in I have been informed about possibility of the room upgrade at discount price - for a pool access suite - during whole my stay.
After first night I approached reception desk in the evening to get upgrade done from the next day. Receptionist told me they have room available but he has to consult with his manager. After getting back he told me that I have to pay for the upgraded room from tonight to get it (at 9pm) and he CANNOT guarantee the upgraded room from tomorrow (?!) - I was confused like - if you have this room available from today why can’t you book it from tomorrow for me?
Answer was: I can’t do it can I help you with anything else?
and that’s it

I’m escalating this here because hotel is unfriendly for any complaints.

More could be done with the size of theplace.. but overall i loved it.. its an experience in itself.. food needs to be improved in presentation.. good food though

Came here for Friday Brunch Great setting by the pool, with live music. Drinks arrived fairly quickly and food was all to an excellent standard!

Service was of the high standard you would expect from an Anantara resort too

This is an amazing resort. We chose one of the lagoon access rooms which was lovely. We also had half board option and went to all of the places to eat apart from Revo cafe. The staff everywhere were so friendly and genuinely wanted to please you. The hotel is located on one of the far sides of the Palm which is not near to anything so you have to get a taxi if you want to go somewhere else. They do run a shuttle bus to one of the malls though. I would absolutely love to come back here. Definitely made the right choice out of several places to choose from in Dubai!

Lovely restaurant with a lovely view. Close proximity to the beach ensures that the view remains uninterrupted. Service staff there is process and customer oriented.

Food is alright, could be better. that being said, the food takes second place as the view and location is the main draw.

Absolutely STUNNING resort. A swim up room is a must, and if you have the money to upgrade to a villa they looked incredible.

Wide variety of choice for breakfast and with all the restaurants on site it really does make it the perfect relaxing beach resort

Best place for a family vacation! The lagoon Access rooms are amazing! Along with the kids spent the whole stay at the pool!. Breakfast was great! Water sports are awesome! Place is pricey but value for money is a 100% excellent staff and service.

AMAZING!!!! Best hotel i have ever been to. The staff are really kind and very helpful. The design is luxurious and modern. The food is Amazing! The restaurants are top class and very tasty. There is a big variety of where to eat in the resort. The rooms are spacious and very modern. There is a posh touch to it as well.
The best part of the resort is jumping straight of your balcony into the blue lagoons and going for a swim in the mile long lagoons!
This is probably the best hotel I have ever been too!

Beautiful places.. Service is excellent
Loved every thing, breakfast is very much good with lots of options.

The staff are very polite and helpful.. We request a late checkout and got 3 more hours granted.

The only thing I would suggest to improve is the beach sand, I believe this can be done, the sand was seemed rough-ish and artificial like it was leveled by those road works equipment..

I had spa massage which wasn't good, the gem steam at the spa was very good, I experienced the results 2 days after with my skin amazingly super soft and all pimples cleared

Generally, it's definitely a place I would highly recommend. If you can afford the rooms with lagoon access, it's the deal to go for

Sincerely, one of the best places I visited ever. Lagoon villas are a must for stay, have a beautiful look to Dubai, nature is really adorable, lots of pools A beach where you can relax, and you can sense all the beauty of The Palm. Since I fell in love with this place, I'll visit it every time I'm in Dubai ❤

Nice location. Lagoon villas are recommended. Watch out for the supplements in the restaurant if you are a resident. Staff could be a bit quicker.

We been there couple of times. Australian restaurant is a nice place to taste yummy food. Place is quite and descent. Good place to have a nice dinner with friends and family

One of the best resorts I've stayed in ever!

Stayed in a family room with pool access - brilliant to be able to walk straight into the pool for a morning swim. The kids loved it. Big room and huge bathroom.

Service here is impeccable. Friendly staff and all amenities available. Clean beach and pool towels are lying on all deck chairs for everyone's use. Free bottleled water will be available in the room.

Absolutely recommended!

A bit remote location at the end on palm crescent but with really nice views to Dubai. The staff is very nice and helpful. Pools are awesome. Several good restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful and romantic! Perfect for a Romantic getaway. All the staff at the hotel are amazing, and the exclusivity and amazing rooms do justify the price. My rating would be 5 star IF their reservations staff were better at communicating via phone and email.
At times it felt like I was talking to a Robot and their replies felt like they were taken from a manual, it lacked the human element.
Still highly recommend it, because in the end, they did everything I asked, even if they didn't inform me in advance (it was like a surprise), tho expect to empty your pockets.

This is an amazingly beautiful hotel. Stayed half board with immediate pool access with family of four. Staff were excellent and very accommodating even indulging 8yr olds food whims. There's a choice of several very good restaurants but our favourite by far was Mekong - amazing Thai food and cocktails. Booking again next Easter.

A beautiful hotel resort with a Thai sensation! Elongated pools right outside your back door and public thatched-roof bar. The restaurant caters in elegance. Staffs are very helpful in any assistance. I would recommend this place.

Wow!!! this was a Dinner time visit and so much more than I expected, Crescendo the international restaurant with excellent food, perfect service, amazing decor. A truly brilliant experience.

Quality hotel on the palm. The place is beautifully designed and you could be anywhere in the world. All the restaurants are nice and the staff are excellent!! The beach restaurant is great for lunch or a afternoon sunset meal. Places is great for families, couple and business travelers. The gym is fully equipped!
