Extremely happy with the service provided to my wife on her TKR surgery. Doctors are top notch but the nursing and support team excel beyond expectations. Always ready to help with a smile. This really reduces your stress levels and make you feel comfortable. Kudos to all the nurses who served us well with the same consistency. Awesome!

Dr Andrew was my foot doctor. For the person who doesnt know anything about bones and human anatomy, Doctor spent several minutes to explain to me about the bone structure, the dynamic of foot in a super simple easy way, drawing one by one. He was more than a doctor, for me he was there to assure his patient that he/she is in good hand. This doctor will explain to you in a way that you receive the information in active way till you digest and know it.

And this nurse name Faye was so attentive and reassuring, waiting for me from the registration, escort me till xray room, explaining everything with such a great level of patience. I was treated like family there in Burjeel. Thank you.

I have been suffering from shoulder pain for the last one year. One of my friends recommends the Burjeel Hospital. I personally find this hospital very professional. The Physiotherapist Ms. Linda is highly skilled, knowledgeable and proficient. I got relief from pain with a few sessions with her. I would highly recommend her. All staff are very supportive mainly Ms. Shaiqa the department coordinator. Thank you for your all support. Best wishes.

The place looks amazing and the staff are very friendly and professional! I visited several doctors before. Non of them knew what is my illness. I saw doctor Sarmad Alduwabah, he conducted a test and knew immediately what is happening. I felt the relieved as i have been suffering for 6 months, going from one doctor to another with no answers.

Nice ambience and clean interior. Friendly and helpful staff. Public parking available right outside and the entrance is easily accessible.
Registration process was easy and hassle free. Dr. Andrew Foggitt was very helpful and provided full information on my conditions using a visual aid.

Burjeel Hospital is the most advanced hospital for surgery in the UAE. As chairman of 2 of the largest amateur sports clubs in the UAE i have sent hundreds of patients to the hospital for many types of consultations. We have had 40+ operations and saved people from having many more. We have not had a bad experience yet and our players return to the field on time ahead of schedule and stronger than they were before. I cannot recommend Burjeel HAS enough it is trusted, reliable and high tech. Personally i have also had 3 surgery there all a success. Everyone will tell you a good hospital but it is hit and miss. I know that Burjeel is the best, it is tried and tested. Matt

I didn't want to add any further review as its useless with this hospital, while due to huge and continues pain i have I became obilged to write again hoping no one goes to this hospital and get the bad treatment which I got, below is my previous reviews shared 3 month ago and simply the hospital did nothing although I have explained my situation to them through phone more than 3 times repeating the same for 1hr each, my only explanation for the reason they put me under wrong physiotherapy and did wrong diagnose is to make me in need to surgery and for them to make more money hope Im not true but unfortunately all the indication in my case tells me this. If any one interested to know more please read my below reviews. and happy to provide more details to anyone to avoid going through the pain I got and get.

Again I have share my continues disappointment with the way this hospital handled my concerns shared in my previous review, after sharing two separate reviews (bellows) I got a call a month ago from the director of the clinics and he listened to my concerns and promised to review with hospital management and come back to me, I made him totally aware how bad in my back pain became after vising Burjeel hospital and going through wrong treatment, while till date they didn't come back to me with any response, very sad and disappointed again and again.

Unfortunately I have to write a follow up review to my previous review month ago (below), after I shared my bad experience in this hospital which resulted in a huge deterioration in my health, I put below review then got response asking me to share my contact details assuming the hospital to call me at earliest (as they claimed) I shared my contact details the same day although they should already have it since I was visiting this hospital for about 9 months. while no one called me so far or asked what happened, i know they will nor do any thing as their priority is only the commercial part and their focus is business only. this additional disappointment is self explanatory about this hospital i wanted to share.

I had a very bad experience, I went to this hospital for some Knee problems and a little pain in my back (only when I stand for long time), I can admit my knee got progress while my back got worse they put me under 6 months physiotherapy but the back pain were getting increasing then put me under extraction which resulted my neck also get hurt and now I have continues pains in both by back and neck, previously it was only my back and only when is stand for long time now its continues and very disappointed and don't know what to do, I'm hesitant to go to other doctors concerned about repeating same experience.

I really appreciate Dr. Said's call. A very respectful doctor and he is responsible for all the clinics. He apologized on what Happened and he assured me that this misunderstanding won't happen again.
High customer service level.
below is the complaint I did.

((Lately not happy at all with their service at all. They are treating the patients as customers not patients. They don't care about you or your medical status! we took your money and that's it.

although they know that my latest MRI was showing serious findings, they didn't care to call me or informing me and my current doctor traveled without informing the hospital that I have a serious case. Anyway, I saw his assistant and he explained me everything and he informed me that my doctor already know my case! he adviced me to do Vitamin D test. I did it. I called today to follow up and they simply sent me the report and 3 medicines to take! no body even cared to called me explaining to me what I have or these medicines are normal to take them with the medicines that I am already taking!!

Really I am too upset from the hospital, doctors and they way they treating us. worst experience ever.)))

My husband had his collarbone broken when he was cycling. He had Dr Harnold and the surgery was great. I highly recommend it !!
