I went to this clinic to seek advice from the ENT specialist about the tightening of my ears that lasted for about 5 weeks already. The pain was getting worst that I decided to see an ENT. I've been checked by 2 GPs but nothing improved. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the ENT right away for he was only available until 8pm that day. I wasn't that lucky enough for I arrived past 8. So, I was booked the next day.

The ENT specialist was an Indian man. I told him everything about the complains of my ears. He asked me, "What do you mean by tightening?" He sounded like he didn't get what I told him. Then, I told him that my ears seemed to be pulled and it's painful. He checked the condition of my ears using 2 equipment. After that, he concluded that nothing's wrong with my ears. He also asked why my ears were painful when nothing's wrong. He sounded harsh for me. I told him that I didn't know and that's why I came to see a doctor because I wanted to know what's happening!

I felt disappointed with his way of giving feedbacks and his way of asking. For God sake, nobody wants to go to a clinic and see a doctor. Nobody wants to get sick!

With this experience, I am losing trust and confidence to the kind of ENT that he is. I can't take the risk of seeing this kind of doctor again.

Nice and clean Hospital, traffic in the area is sometimes issue but otherwise everything is fine. Pharmacy next to the clinic is 24 hours which is a major plus point.
