STAY AWAY!! even 1 star is too much for this amateur, tricky, liar company. I was a lease customer, they replaced my car by lying. They collected my first car for RTA renewal, it was supposed to be returned within a day. When I called them they said they're selling this car, already on sale, i can keep the old, dirty, smelly replacement car as permanent car. I decided to cancel my contract but i had to wait for hours when returning the car, because they lost replacement car's papers. All employees are so rude, ignorant, and don't know what they're doing, they don't know how to communicate. Now it's been 3 months, still they didn't release my deposit even though all bills and early termination penalty fee has been paid. They don't even reply my emails and calls. There are well known car rental companies that offers brand new cars with the same price of car lease, just stay away from them.

Carlease rent out unsafe cars, This is my third car that is NOT safe. The first car i received the tier got flat after driving for 10 min on sheik Zayed, which could have been deadly. Then on my new car the tier is very old and i have to put air every week which is very time consuming and all experts are saying that the tiers are old, Carlease however are still stating that the tiers are in good condition. Secondly when I received the car on the 10th August I payed and then again i payed on the 28th August and the company is refusing that i payed double. I payed double amount. Totally unacceptable. They are disrespectful and put people in dangerous. Should be reported asap to the police. Flat tiers on a highway is NOT a joke.

I was honestly very happy with the service until 2 days before I had to return the car. They sent an email to state that my renewal was coming up and I needed to let them know whether I would terminate the agreement; if not they would charge my card automatically. I sent them a reply 5 minutes after receiving the email and said do NOT charge as I will not be renewing. 24 hours later, my card was charged AND for a completely different amount than stated (higher amount by the way). I immediately called to ask why it was charged and that I wanted it refunded right away. The excuse was that they somehow missed the email - then what is the point of sending an email if you are going to “miss” it?! The numbers provided to speak to billing don’t work, and I have yet to be refunded. How is it okay to make unauthorized charges to your client’s account???? Horrible!

Most unprofessional service company, after 1 month of emails they call about their policy and why my booking is no longer valid leaving me stranded. Please avoid the company as a whole - Dubai has a lot better reliable options to choose from

Don't trust them. Low quality and old cars, no specifications or extras in the cars. Just plain cars. You pay a lot for nothing. I called them, they promised me a car and then they didn't even have it! They offered a replacing model (very old) while they got the model I asked for. The new car never came. They charged me twice for the rental car (by mistake) and asked me to claim the money back. This money, a month later, has not came yet into my pocket back.

Absolute horror. They cannot agree on anything between their own employees, they're contradicting the email conformation they sent, they take an hour of calls to argue between their own employees and they accept the booking for the time that their offices are closed! And yes, the gave me the wrong car. Instead of full option Santa Fe I've been "upgraded" to basis old Pathfinder that did not even have anything.

Carlease is a very good company and most import company is the coordinator Jeff(Mr) of JLT branch is very warm and nice person. Thanks to Jeff's help, I got a very good and clean car for my weekend self-driving visit over UAE. Recommendations for all guys who have internet in car rental in Carlease JLT.

oh well I don't know how to start but by the way I was searching for a cheap rent a car around jlt was planning to rent for long term and I saw your company first and was checking the company profile as well as the reviews , I was surprise because I saw all the comment pertaining to named Jeffrey? you guys only have one employee on the company and all the good comments was all about Jeffrey? strange? but anyway I was trying to call at 6:20 pm and it was a voice mail anyway I have to call you back again by tomorrow.

I can't trust but this company, specifically this branch, when I need a car in Dubai. Their representative, Jeffery, treats me like he would treat himself and fully understands the values of sympathetic customer service: putting yourself in the customer's shoes. He has consistently taken care of any request or concern I have had from the moment I put a request to the moment I receive my deposit back. Truly humanly professional and thoughtful. If you want to have a peace of mind that you will be treated fairly and taken care of all the way through, don't think twice, and head to this place now.
