At first I liked the app and they provide good prices as well, but my experience went downhill after car return.
You need to wait around 2 months for deposit refund, most of the other companies just hold the deposit amount from your VISA, but InstaCar withdraw the deposit amount, and you need to wait fro 25 working days to proceed the fund; I don't know why 25 working days, but even they will not proceed the fund after 25 working days, I would email them many times to proceed the fund and no reply, you need to keep calling them to start proceed the fund. I think the management needs to train the employees for better customer service and think about this 25 days. I will not use them anymore, I would rather just go to another rental company with better customer service.response / report this review -

My experience was very bad. They did not want to pay back the deposit. Miscalculated the days and charged me more but when i email them to clarify, no response!
5 emails was sent to them with the calculation errors but not reply !!!response / report this review -

Easy & quick registration. No hassle. I was in and out of office within 15 minutes. Mobile app is slightly glitchy and needs to be fixed. I couldn’t complete my registration. Staff are helpful and professional.

Helpful staff, however there’s an offer for first time customers giving 50% discount, which they did not offer me. When I told them they said I already registered and it’s too late, although they knew I will be needing the car again, which I found like cheating!

At first I liked using the app all the time to go pick up cars whenever I needed, but then my experience went downhill. The app stopped working, the locations which I previously used for convenient pickup were no longer available. I would email days, even weeks in advance to reserve a car, and most of the time they would not have any cars available and would not even email me back to tell me that. I will not use them anymore, I would rather just go to another rental company with better customer service.

this company is a fraud , very bad at service. they take the deposit and do not return it back .it has been 45 days and they have still not returned my deposit. i used groupon coupon at the time of booking , mr.abhishek was nice to do all the booking and give me car , but still they send me full invoice and ask me to make payment.for 30 days there admin and staff is telling me we are checking my login account in there website was showing the dposit amount and now it is not showing that also , they have removed my deposit from the login account but not paid me back . there is no response from the company . i want to compalin about this to dubai RTA please give any details if you help

Amazing Experience very convenient had done all paperwork online from back home and had to just pick up the car from a parking lot next to my hotel.. the car was like new and gave it back in an untouched condition and had a great driving experience.. thanks Diane for ur cooperation .. will look forward for next trip for sure awaiting for the deposit Refund
