Last week we were looking for a car rental service and one of our friend recommend us a speedy drive. We booked KIA 2020 and they offer us very affordable rates. The entire car was properly sanitized and the documentation was quick as well as easy. They also offer us a free pick and drop service. Highly recommended!!!

A local company who have been in business for three years. My issue with them is the fact that they charge your card with the deposit instead of block the amount on your card. It takes nearly a month to credit the deposit back to you. Yup. In this day and age! My first and last time to use them. Stick with the international brands. The car was fine, but it didn't have much petrol in it.

Edited post, to clarify the low score.

- car switch off without notice, even though rental agreement in force;

- no service for several months unless I follow up and plan my schedule accordingly;

- harassment throughout the day by your call center when anything require of me.

(there are several ways to communicate when the person is busy during the working hours, just FYI)

Overall experience wasn't good, I mean, if you want a hassle free deal, it's not that case.

5 star reviews. ALL FAKE. You service is appalling. Everyone has their deposits stolen. All your five star reviews come on the same day and they are all brand new google accounts. Coincidence? Not at all. Proves what a fraudulent company you really are. NOW YOU HAVE SHOWN EVERYONE.

Best car rental service in Dubai. No hassles. Will recommend to all my friends.First time experience but it was wonderful. Seen the comments by others and did have a second thought of not renting, but last min i took a chance. I rented the car and i would say, good service and proper response from the Customer Service. Would not recommend renting a car through this company, so please be aware of the risks that might spoil your trip in Dubai!!!! I'd like to pinpoint you should pay close attention to how many kilometres a day you are allowed to drive with your car. No one reminds you of that. The customer service could have been better as well as there was no one around when we had to return the car and therefore had difficulties dealing with the whole situation. Next time we'll choose another rental company.

I want to thank Speedy Drive for being the most amazing car rental i have dealt with in Dubai. Not only have they been so flexible with all the demands myself and my husband made, they accommodated our timetables with deliveries of vehicles, came and swapped cars immediately if there were any issues and everything was done with a smile. Shodan in particular in the main office was super helpful and frequently dealt with the accounts team for me so i did not have any extra stress. I will always come back as i know they are so reliable. Excellent and amazing service! Thank you Speedy Drive

quick to lease but once you get the car its kind of hard to get any support from them. i wanted to change my car and tried to contact them many time but i had no luck. they kept saying they had not replacement. the only thing they are quick at is charge you. until now i haven't received my deposit refund after more than 20 days. the car i got was not very clean it had sticker glue on the rear window and the wipers where off. useless. i had one tire that was about to blow but luckily didn't.

Hated every minute of dealing with this company! From the booking to the car itself (dirty and illegally tinted) to replacing the car and returning it. Everything was horrible, arrogant and aggressive. Their office had no A/C in the heat of July. However, most fun starts when you returned the car and need your deposit back. They will hold it and lie to you unless you go to Police and log the case against them. They will not return your calls or e-mails. It could take months. So, I suggest going to Police in the first instance. And for all those new clients - PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SPEEDY CAR RENTAL DUBAI!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE THIEVES!
They do not take a hold. They charge you and say they will return the deposit after 30 days. It's been 60 days and no refund! AVOID SPEEDY CAR RENTAL

I'm so angry! Communication with this car rental company is the worst ever. They don't answer for days and you have to contact them several times. Then you get a super vague answer. AND although the period of 21 working days or 30 calendar days is over, I didn't get my deposit back. NEVER get a car from Speedy Rental!

in my experience Dubai worst car rental service . you have to make enormous call to get your deposit refund. after that the people give you some wired calculation according to their policy (only for there benefit not for customer ). if they offered you the early return credit dont fall in that trapthey give you only some calculation not the remaining days credit not .dont get fooled
