Residential community in South Dubai. Terraced houses with small gardens.Some parts are being constructed. No pool yet. Closest metro station is about 10 minutes drive.

This is a peaceful area to live in Dubai. All neighbors are decent and generous. Al Furjan Villas provides a 24 hour security service. As far as concern about investing in Dubai, this is a good place to buy a property as there is a high potential to develop this area.
