Good place to stay. But lots of chaos during checkin time. Be ready for it. Breakfast buffet does not have much options for veggies. Enquire with the manager in case you are staying for long, so that they can prepare dome veg dish during your stay

New management of Inter Grande Hotels, has started the upgradation process and soon it should be among one of the best value for money hotels in Al Barsha.a 300+ room property with superior, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom suites .now also has an Indian cook as well !!!

Location is superb! Free transfer to JBR is a big advantage! The rooms, however, are not very well maintained and far from being clean.

The worst hotel I have ever been! The hotel does not deserve four stars.
There was a smell in the room, and bed stuff was not clean at all, I mean it had stains. The bathroom was clean, but smell. One day we have seen a cockroach in the room. Hygiene is the biggest minus.
Shuttle bus to the beach goes around all hotels, eventually there is no place in the bus. You have to enlist yourself into shuttle bus list beforehand (list is limited), stand outside and fight like a beast to enter otherwise no free seat.
Reception did not explain fully some things causing so many misunderstandings.
Good points are breakfast, close to metro and Mall of Emirates, e-kettle in the room, and WiFi.
Overall, I guess, the hotel has lost its quality, because I was recommended to visit it by people who visited it three years ago.response / report this review -

It was ok with all the required amenities. Nice that I could have iron ordered to room for ironing. Restaurant ok, has typical local fare. I had a wonderful mushroom soup there. Restaurant staff friendly and helpful.

Very bad hotel. Rooms are very cold. Breakfast is like for bums, poor choice of dishes. Very small window in room. The chair in room was broken. The smell of dampness.

Spacious room but the lighting can be better and the ceiling panel in my toilet room was shaky which was kinda scary. Soap provided felt weird as they were chunky and not liquid form. Location of the hotel was good as it’s only 3minutes walk to the metro station and a few restaurants and supermarket within the hotel vicinity. Breakfast was quite bad as the food choices were very limited.

Spacious rooms for family on budget. Don't order room service. COLD FOOD. And no rooms have microwave? Also no early check in so too bad if you flew in the morning at 5am. Restrooms were clean and safe baggage storage. Breakfast is not all good. Real BUDGET place BUT not far from monorail

It's located in a quite place, good for relax with good sleep quality, nice breakfast. You will spend quite much money here for the cabs, because most of the roads here are one way.

Hotel is located in a very good and central area, neat and family friendly, good staff, best part is just 2 mins away from Sharaf DG metro which is very convenient, Super market and local restaurants are in 30 seconds walk and open till late night, Recomended for tourist as well as business perons

This place is a bit Quiet place and shisha price is on the higher side 65 for regular and 75 for mix shisha which is a bit pricey for this place. They do have discounts for people who work in the hotel industry but hey wake up these people get discounts all over the world. This place should give discounts to all the customers. The free drinks that they give to the girls on ladies night is full of water and they only have whiskey based (Only 2 options are available) drinks which most of the girls dont prefer. On the plus side the service was good and the waiters were friendly (The reason why I gave them 3 stars). Suggestions : They need to make this place more lively or reduce the price its their choice!

I stayed here for one night with my wife and it was good in everything.. the check-in and check-out was just few minutes.. the room area is large and clean .. there is swimming pool, gym, and kids playing room .

This hotel needs to be refurbished and beds changed. last time there wasn't much choice around barsha area. now there's plenty of cheaper and new hotels that is even closer to Mall and metro
