Horrendous experience with my JBL Charge 2!
On the 27th of November 2018 I bought a JBL Charge 3 speaker from Dion Wired.
On the 27th of May 2019 – exactly 6 months after I purchased the speaker – it simply stopped working. The speaker did not charge anymore.
On May the 28th I took the speaker back to Dion Wired and asked to have it fixed/replaced.
Today, on the 23rd of July, almost 2 months later, I received a phone call from Dion Wired letting me know that the speaker will not be repaired or replaced, and the guarantee will not be honoured. Apparently one of the pins inside the charging port of the speaker broke. This apparently constitutes physical damage and is my fault! This is simply ludicrous.
I am a 39-year-old man and have had many, many cellphones and appliances in my life that needs to be charged regularly. Never, ever have I ever encountered such a problem and I have always only used the prescribed charger and cable to charge my JBL speaker.
I simply can’t believe both Dion Wired and JBL simply telling me to get stuffed! I find it shocking!response / report this review -
