IF YOU NEED A PARCEL TO BE TRACKED OR TRACED THESE PEOPLE WILL SHUNT YOU BETWEEN THE RECEIVING STORE / SENDING STORE / POSTNET CALL CENTRE AND ARAMEX.

THE BEST PART IS THAT THERE IS NOBODY TO ASSIST YOU WITH ANYTHING. NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING.

i WOULD LOVE TO WORK FOR POSTNET/ARAMEX. I WOULD LOVE TO GET PAID FOR DOING NOTHING.

I approached this specific branch of postnet to do business cards on gloss board. They told me they were able to do the job and it would take a time frame of 2 weeks.
2 weeks later when I expected the cards to be ready , the staff phoned to tell me that they could not get the job done. When I went there to find out why they could not get the cards done, They said they can only do the business cards on Matt board. So being left with no other choice , i told them to go ahead with cards on matt board and they said it would be ready one week later. Its been a day passed when i was promised the cards and i get a call from the staff that they can not do the cards at all.
On top of all the empty promises , when they could not do the cards on the gloss board , instead of phoning me first to tell me that they could not do that cards , they were too lazy to look for my number which i had left with them and they contacted my customer regarding the problems the cards directly , leaving me with having to explain to my customer why is postnet phoning him when he has hired me to do the business cards. In my opinion , this branch not only gives Postnet a bad name but also are extremely unreliable.
If i could give them a lower rating than one star i would because they don't even deserve a one star rating. This message does not just speak about this branch but its poorly trained staff.
