Ladies and gentlemen. you've found the most efficient postnet in the pretoria east area. Ask for Chandre. She was absolutely welcoming, efficient and truly polite. Thank you for your outstanding service Chandre, I appreciate you

Never use them for DHL. The people have no idea what to do either sending a parcel or dealing with an issue. I have sent two parcels to Austria through Postnet Menlyn and it took them HOURS to manage to send them. Now I need to have them returned and I am waiting for DAYS for them to do what they need to do - and I can't do anything because they sent through their account with DHL. I may have my items destroyed because of their incompetence. Terrible service.
