So disappointed with this Post Net. They shipped my parcel with Courier It then it was NEVER DELIVERED to the recipient and they returned it to the Post Net. This Post Net failed to contact me to inform me about any of this. Two weeks later I went to them in person and found my shipment was returned without any communication with the recipient or me.

Their “manager” proceeded to speak to me abrasively and with no remorse for their unprofessional and unreliable service. They made me pay for the “return to sender” and REFUSED TO REFUND me for the shipping cost originally paid. And the REFUSED TO SEND THEIR POLICY to me showing that this is their actual procedure. They would not give me back my shipment without paying the a fee for the return of the package.

I have never experienced such horrible service treatment from any other shipping company with a simple Cape Town to Johannesburg parcel.

Some people should just not be in the service industry. Not sure the staff members name believe it’s something like Jennifer. I enter she’s the one standing on computer where the other staff member has a lady in front of her so what’s the logical thing to do, to go to the one with no one in front of her. I stand there just stand for the longest time without she even acknowledging me. How long does it take just to say immediately when you see a customer I will be with you in a moment. Just acknowledge and look up. That will go a far way. I understand if you’re busy doing something and must wait no problem. But just acknowledge that someone just came in and is standing in front of you. She eventually did say she will be with me but after I stood there for the longest time and she couldn’t even as look up, and then she has the nerve to talk to her colleague about me when I exit the shop. The colleague was very friendly. There’s usually a guy that’s fantastic. Anyhow an altogether disappointing and totally unnecessary experience.
