Very poor customer service 👎 first time walk-in experience was disappointing. Shop assistant was pre-occupied and seemed uninterested in providing me with quotes for printing of t-shirts, business cards, and labels. Sat down behind the front desk the entire time, conversing criss-cross with another customer. Every response was one or two-worded, no additional information given about the products I was interested in. Absolutely dismissive and not helpful. Printing quality may be good, but bad customer service will drive business away. I certainly am not eager to engage their services.

Phoned them to check if they do Id photos, they said on the phone that they do. I walked for 15min one way only to get to their store and for them to tell me I need to wait 1 hr before they can serve me.

Terrible experience from both Tyrone and deevanie. Giving me the run around they don't seem sure of what the company is capable of doing. dissatisfied. Disappointed.
