We visited the restaurant twice. The first tme my wife had mussels and u had the veal with mushroom sauce. The plate of mussels was so large we both could not finish the serving. They were delicious. The veal was very tender and the sauce delicious.

We paid R440 for two inedible steaks, plus R60 per side, plus R60 per sauce. After politely pointing out the poor quality of meat to the manager he offered us a free R40 dessert.

Fish was good. Very well presented. The food menu had a bit of everything. But what we were most blown away by was the amazing dessert! Best (warm) baked cheesecake I've ever had and delectable nougat semi-freddo.

Awesome! Really good food and amazing vibe. Expensive, but not nausea-inducing shame prices. Wish they did not have a massive TV though, kinda kills the esthetic.

The place screams "have the stake", but the tuna is mind-blowingly amazing too. Do your self a favour and have the Seared tuna and wasabi dressing with a good white.

Avoid at all costs. Worst restaurant in Stellenbosch. Menus look like they were printed on toilet paper. Unlaminated and unsleeved. Like you find at a fish and chips takeaway shop . It took 20 minuts for the waitor to notice us and bring us a menu after she herself showed us to our seats. Then after another 20 minuts of no service we left dissapointed.

Consistent quality and a nice vibe. At the average asking price one would expect more than paper servietes though. Waiters often dissapointing, letting down the overall package. I get the impression they are not always experienced, especially on busy nights or with large tables. Worth a visit though.

Good atmosphere, excellent service from a young waiter Charlie, and clean tables and furnishings. The best is the food. Their freshly baked bread given to tables is mouth watering and worth having a meal there just to eat the bread! Their chili garlic beef is delicious and tender and perfectly cooked.
