  The most expensive scam you will ever come across, in presentation they show you all the wonderful destinations at prices never seen before, but once you login with your own details it is mostly international destinations and the prices are no where close to the presentation. Asked to cancel and instead was just frozen for a few months next thing you know the debit order just runs again. What a waste of money. So many order digital platforms out there that offer the same trips and destinations at the same or even better prices and they have no membership fees.

  Was tricked into signing a 2 year contract, R1100 p.m.
  When we signing, the consultant said that after the the end we would be able to continue using their services just to find out in the end that they wanted an additional R350 a month to make use of their serveice which includes "massive " savings on flights, accommodation and car rental. Used them once in the 2yrs, maybe saved R500.
  All the ther times I did everything myself via lekkerslaap.co.za and travelstart where I paid less on everything than VHI. Never skipped payments even during these trying times. Not 1 courtesy call or call to offer me something since I basically threw down R47000 down the drain.

  The biggest waste of money. What was presented is definitely not the reality. I booked cheaper holidays and got quicker confirmation of my bookings and did not have to pay an additional fee. Save your money and book a holiday with it.

  Please don't be fooled into signing a contract with VHI. They will not save you money. Unless you only want to travel midweeks in off season, but then you can get good deals anywhere without paying their exorbitant fees. And if you want to cancel it's almost impossible even if you give the required notice as per the CPA. Don't be fooled by positive reviews.

  Be aware this is daylight robbery!!!
  
  The product seems to be very nice and a good opportunity to afford regular vacations. But the reality is different. The consultant did not give us the full detail regarding payment. It was explained that there will be two payments to join. Like a joining fee. First is a big lump sum and after a few months a second lump sum. However the consultant did not explain that there will be a monthly membership fee for almost R1000. Two and a half years later the 'service fee' had accumulated to more than R30 000. Mind you we have used their services once. Even through lockdown they still take the service fee. The experience is awful. We only realized the damage now and have to take responsibility for our own stupidity. Please don't do what we did. Don't trust this company.

  A fake company with empty promises. Stole my parents money and tricked them into signing a 20 year contract they can't get out of They even write their own positive reviews on Hello Peter to make them seem legit. Spread the word.

  Absolute scam - con artists with lots of big lies. Try getting your money back ha!!! The only reason they exist is to take your money and keep it. And they have a long history of complaints against them. Elsabe Labuschagne is the controller, chief thief. 5 years and still thieving. They just bribe their way out of trouble. They are geared up to fleece the public and prey on the elderly. They save you nothing they use 3rd parties for web site and everything. South Africa is now a haven for these con artists along with any other rubbish. Good people leave the country in droves.

  If I could rate this zero star, I would. It is an utter misrepresentation and the company does everything it can to stall and thus makes it impossible to cancel the contract within cooling off period. Nothing else best describes the company than scum of the earth and thieves.

  "The Vacationhub Travel Consultant was particularly helpful during our stay at the Radisson Blu Vendome last year.
  
  She served us with enthusiasm and was willing to attend to all our needs immediately (from weather reporting, entertainment to beach towel hire, etc., etc.) taking fine care of all the little details.

  Speedy, precise and awesome savings when we booked our honeymoon to Phuket from you. They also gave us very useful information with regards to our destination on the what and what not to do.
