SANDSTONE SLEEPER ESTATE, Glen outside Bloemfontein: Room was dirty, a bag with garbage on cupboard (I assume from previous guests), no hot water (problem with geyser), no TV & microwave in room (apparently it was stolen), window could not close properly - my husband repaired it, the door does not close properly and securely, no coffee, sugar etc on the tray & only one cup. Tray was filthy. No shampoo, soap, etc that is usually in guest rooms. I do not want to give any star, but cannot post this review without clicking a star. I will never stay there again and will refer nobody.

Be careful when you use this company. I am trying now for 2 weeks to make contact with them. They do not respond to emails - only no reply emails is send by a computer. 72 hours response time is now already two weeks. You do not get your money back from them when there is a cancellation. Even if they cancelled the reservation. Be warnded

I unfortunately have had problems with my internet and was unable to send a review on Silvermoon B&B in Nahoon. Our family of 4 stayed there from the 7 - 9 October 2016. On arrival Gary opened up for us and welcomed us in. Our son Jarred is a big 'guy' and Gary immediately said he had an extra room and without charging us anything gave Jarred his own room. Well we had a terrible experience earlier trying to book other accommodation on Safarinow and I must say that Gary more than made up for it. We were served delicious hearty breakfasts cooked by Gary and he went out of his way to make us feel at home and very welcome. I have family in East London and in future will only stay at Silvermoon. It's not often that people are so gifted with such warm hospitality. Thank you to all those at Silvermoon that made our stay 'perfect'!

Did you fly by night? Are you still a business? You are not answering my mails. I've deposited money for 2 bookings but you are not coming back to me. I tried to phone but your phone numbers also don't work.

Never before have I had any assistance in listing my apartment with another organization. Safarinow communicated enthusiastically with me throughout the process and could not have been more efficient. My listing was active within a day! The New Listing team acumen and performance have my utmost respect.
