  Parking very limited especially when there are events. Lifts very slow and venue too crowded. Not ideal for hosting events with big numbers especially on Friday's

  Quire a modern and chique work setting in an up and coming part of town.
  
  Close to arts on main and coffee shops.
  
  Office space is generous and well equipped.
  
  Has a very "open" and "collaborative" feel.
