Positive: is that the bathroom is clean and the staff are friendly. Negative: the bed is like sleeping on concrete and the sheets don't fit so the mattress is exposed; towels were taken away and not replaced; no fridge or hairdryer in the room.

Really friendly and helpful staff; they go all out for their clients. Lovely breakfast Had the juiciest chicken kebabs for dinner. I wouldn't mind recommending this place really Just wish they could change their blinds; and add a comfortable occasional chair in the bedroom; in case u just want to sit and read a book or something.

What a let-down! The bed was broken and literally drooping to one side. We hardly slept at all because it felt like we were 'rolling' to the one side of the bed, and that we would 'roll' off cheapest, crappiest pillows I've ever had to sleep on not even a fitted sheet on the bed, just normal flat sheet which meant that the linen came of the mattress as soon as we got into bed. Very disappointing experience. Was expecting more based on location and rating. Would not recommend this place to anyone. That's unfortunate because the staff were polite and really friendly.

Sierra Hotel is a very fantastic place I have ever visited. The services are excellent and every other thing there is fantastic .

No hot water after calling front desk twice. Front desk says to let water run 10 min to get hot even though they have "save water" signes up in bathrooms. Loud music playing all night. Had to leave the hotel at 01:20 am because there was a fight in the lobby and the police was called in.

I was robbed while checking in, cameras were not working wich creates suspicious that it was an inside job, cant accuse them, the only thing i got was 2 coca colas, Go there at your own risk so that you know, i wasnt the first guest to be robbed inside the premises, hotel insurance did nothing they run away from responsabilities.

When we arrived the rooms were not ready despite arriving after check in time. The wifi did not work for our entire stay even though they said they we're fixing it. Finally, the food is mediocre at best and way below par of anywhere else I've been. Thoroughly disappointed.

Exceptionally friendly service. Professional setup. Good breakfast menu, omelette being superbly cheesy. Average, outdated and aging decor, in need of a modern revamp. Noisy air-conditioning.
