The Capital West is a nice place for an evening dinner or to stay if on a office trip. The facilities are great and rooms are fully equipped for your daily needs. The lounge is good and near the swimming pool and gym. I went for the launch event of the property but since that time i have not been there. I need to do a stay vacation one of the days to check out the property further on a weekend. Cheers

Peace ful, siren, neat environment. Service was great. A really nice self catering hotel. Family suite is so lovely has all amenities, washing machine, dish washer, etc. Just come with your clothes

Very smart and neat. Upmarket type place that offers hotel and longer term rental. Beautiful pool, gym and facilities in general. Restaurant has an awesome menu. It's also really well located in Sandton. You can pretty much jog anywhere important from there. The staff were also really impressive: polite and professional. Excellent for conferencing as well.

Good location in central area of Sandton however doesn't live up to its 5 star rating. The rooms are nice but very small, our TV didn't work so we had to move rooms and check out time is very early at 10am. A late checkout request gets you just one extra hour. Service needs attention too.

1) bad poor staff service worst ever experienced for a sandton spot _ had to literally beg over the phone a million times for more hot chocolate and towels and to be told that that every time room service would be there to attend _ only after 3 calls I was attended to and received rude attitude that I had to brush off
